Pros:

The two desk clerks on duty when we checked in were wonderful.
The hotel was very clean even the shower in our room, the tile grout was clean we saw no discoloration in the grout.

Reservation not found
Cons:

We booked through booking.com and our reservation did not appear in their system even though we already paid for the room. After 1.5 hours, they finally found our reservation but informed us they couldn’t help us since they were all booked up.

Well maintained hotel with sparkling clean bathrooms.
Pros:

I am leading with our room had sparkling clean bathroom grout! There were NO mold stains. The cleanest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel in years. The bed was comfy. Housekeeping and front desk staff are very helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walk over to the fountain and river walk.

It was a room. Nothing special. A little pricey with no free parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Eggs didnt taste like real real eggs.

Cons:

We were later billed $15. I guess for the parking garage. There is no parking!

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, short distance to venue, longer walk to parking garage esp when carrying luggage

Cons:

Not getting free breakfast. We had a king suite and was told our breakfast would be $18/person v being free. That made zero sense. Why do some get free breakfast included and sone have to pay??
