Amazing time with the family.

This hotel is closed. We showed up and a notice was on the door also someone walked up and told us they were closed for a while. Not sure why they took money We had to find another hotel after 3plus hr drive. Still waiting for a refund.

I didn’t actually get to stay here, my reservation was canceled by the hotel while I was in route.

Was the most disgusting and disappointing hotel I have ever gone too. Mysterious stains, disgusting trash in the hall of spoilt milk, poor quality of pool care, smoking tar on ceiling. Not to mention a man smoking a cigar in building. Hazardous materials(damp aid) left in reach that children or pets could get into. When brought to their attention, they were super trashy and rude about it. Accussed us of being money hungry liars. Terrible customer service, talking over us, taking phone calls mid conversation. Tried to say no ones complained about it but then a cop came and said he gets called out a lot because this place is awful.

Giant roaches in room. Blood on blanket. Awful

Worst place i stood at ever. The outside looked abandoned and so did the inside. Bugs and spiders in the hallway ceilings. I had spiders in my room the bed sheets was dirty and the toilet didn't flush properly. . The pool was out of order. So unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy that. So I was very disappointed to not have a swimming pool. The exercise equipment room also didnt work. I was denied a cancellation so that i may book elsewhere. Long story short. If you're reading this. DON'T stay here. Stay as far as possible from here. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere. Whatever you see in the pictures from there site is false advertisement. I was so stressed out on my business trip. Again. Don't let there hotel pictures fool you like it fooled me..

I arrived to be greeted by a young man who didn't seem to know how to use the computer to look up my reservation. I realized later that perhaps it was because the wifi was so poor (it never worked in my room).

This property looks to be about 60 years old, and clearly has been poorly maintained. The pool was empty (not full as in the advertisement). Common areas are dusty, smelly, with construction equipment strewn about. It is clearly falsely advertised on the hotels.com site.

My room was dirty, and it appeared someone had cleaned their shoes or feet in the bathtub and the mud remained there when I checked in. The towels were old and "very" scratchy. The bed was good however. There was no thermostat in the room, and the manual settings on the AC made for an uncomfortable sleep.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the first negative review I have ever left. This was clearly once a big bustling resort center. But it likely went under and they sold it. Now some family is running it bare bones, but keeping up all the old pictures of when it was thriving, making it look like it is still nice online.

The property looked abandoned when we arrived, weeds everywhere, overgrown, limited signage, and no cars in parking lot. The end where we stayed has like 4 floors and the upper three looked wrecked from the windows. The whole building had a 4/10 cigarette smoke smell. The pool had a "temporarily closed" sign, but had clearly been closed for a long time. It seemed obvious they did not intend to fix it. Various areas were in disrepair, including exposed wiring

We we're unhappy, primarily because of the pool being shut down and the cigarette smell. So we asked for our money back, and were told no and give the run around. I probably could have gotten my money back if I got really angry and raged at the man at the counter, but I just don't think that is kind or acceptable, so I decided to leave this review instead.

Would highly recommend against staying here.

The first room toilet wouldn’t flush they moved me to second room and it smelled like urine& the water wasn’t working. I tried get my money back and staff couldn’t call any managers. 3 other people that was there had similar issues! I thought I was in the twilight zone! Expedia relocated me to best western 11 mins away! This place needs to be shut down and fined! Expedia tried calling front desk while I was standing right there and the staff ignored the call right in front of my face. It was unreal! The place look like a scene from zombie apocalypse movies. Please someone shut this place down!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! When I booked it, it did not say that every single thing in the hotel was closed, including the pool. We drove an extra 30 minutes just because of the pool and how nice the place looked. The photos are like 10yrs old. This hotel is run down and so gross. Smelled horrible! The water ran brown in the bathroom, toilet barely flushed. AC rattled loud. They would not refund me and hotels.com was no help at all! Do not stay here!!!

The hotel was in rough shape overall. Lots of unfinished projects and debris around.
Our room was in reasonable condition, but the overall state of the hotel was rough.
The two staff members with whom we interacted were polite.

The people were nice, but it's a very old hotel that hasn't been updated probably since the 1990s. The pool and the restaurant looked like they hadn't been open in weeks (months?). But when you don't have working wireless, you can't score higher than 2 stars, especially when that's advertised. The hot water was minimal as well.

First, the only reason I booked this stay was because close to sold out resort we were going to next day. Advertising an indoor heated pool which was not true. The heater broken, wish I knew that to start. Next, none of the outlets worked. Lamps w no light bulbs. Remote didn't work. No simple toiletries like conditioner. Calling front desk was pointless.

I do not get away often and it was my birthday so we decided to go for a 2 night stay the conference center was close to things we wanted to do we picked it for the indoor pool however the pool water had a green tint and the pool floor was dirty you could smell the chlorine which is not a good thing. It snowed the day before we got there and the first night they never cleared the walkways so it was difficult getting to the room I also had to wonder around to find towels as no one answered the front desk phone so overall the hotel was not worth the money and when we got there we upgraded to the jacuzzi tub room so we spent even more to get less not happy and would not recommend this place to anyone else. I would also like to note I am a pool CPO for the state of NJ
