Rooms need major upgrades!! This property is overhyped and overpriced!! Rooms are too small. Staff was good and food was ok
Great experience enriched by daily shows.
Nice. Room service was prompt. Nice breakfast and dinner. Good shuttle service to maal road. Small children play area. Pool could have been opened for longer than 10 pm.
The Shervani Hilltop Resort was one of our favorite hotels in India -- charming, comfortable, and clean! Our only complaint: the dining room linens need to be either replenished or cleaned better.
It was a decent stay.
Earlier we were allotted room with heater which was not comfortable. After persistent request, central heating room was provided, which was good. They should have visualized it in advance.
We could not fault anything and would highly recommend it. Nice hotel, good size family room, good breakfast for families

It was an awesome stay at shervani hotel in cottage based resort . With an good ambience and greenery in the surrounding make it a perfect family destination . Except for the lunch the breakfast and dinner were nice .

This is Ok Hotel. We did not expect much so we were Happy.
I was bit apprehensive during the approach to the hotel.It was steep and narrow. However when inside the premises, I was overwhelmed by the courtesy,comfort and scenic beauty the place had to offer. It was simply superb ! A must stay for whomsoever visiting Nainital and wants to cherish the memories for years to come.

good experience, shervani is a nice hotel to relax in, you can enjoy in the hotel without having to go out to vivist new places every day. Far from the crowd but not far from the city, can easily visit all sightseeing spots.

we are not able sleep well, no T V working no response for house keeping , room was too hot to live all was very bad no value for money

Friendly and courteous staff...prompt to respond and excellent food
After visiting Delhi for a wedding from Australia, we decided to visit Nainital for a quiet break and to view the Himalayas. The Shervani Hilltop provided the perfect place to relax and take in the sights of Nainital. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food was excellent! The chef was more than happy to accommodate our requests.
The hotel staff provided us great recommendations for things to do and see. We were also provided a letter of introduction that allowed us to enjoy the facilities of the boat club.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
I would certainly recommend a visit to the Shervani Hilltop, especially during the quiet season, when you can enjoy the views without the crowds!
