We loved it!
Pros:

Overall, we had an amazing stay at the hotel!
The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions.
The breakfast was very very good - variety & good quality of products.
The room was spacious with a nice view and a lot of light, the bed was very comfortable - big, with a good mattress and good pillows, the bathroom was also spacious and there was always hot water with pressure.
We had rented a car and we were always able to find a parking space in the hotel. We also took the bus to visit the old city, which was very convenient (in contrast to the comments we had read). The bus stop (starting point) was 350meters away and even though the line was not departing very often on Sundays (approximately once per hour), the timetable was available online and in the reception of the hotel and the bus was always leaving on time, making it very easy to schedule the "trip" to the old town, which takes 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. The bus stop on the way back to the hotel is different and closer than the starting point.
Last but not least, we used both the gym and the inside pool and we were very satisfied.

PS: The sunset from the hotel's lobby and bar is amazing!

Very good stay with good breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

Location close to old town of Dubrovnik.
Earlier checkin was possible.

Cons:

The cleaning staff forgot to close the room door, hence was left wide open for several hours. Anyone could get in. Serious blunder.

Zu Ostern in Dubrovnik
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, das Hotel selbst ist sehr neuwertig, die Aussicht wirklich herrlich und direkt aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und für jeden Gaumen gab es ein Angebot. Gym und Indoor Pool (wir sind Ende März hier gewesen) waren ein tolles Angebot und obwohl das Gym winzig ist, sind eigentlich alle Geräte vorhanden, die man benötigt. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze für Hotelgäste.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant/Frühstücksbereich war mäßig freundlich (an der Rezeption dagegen waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich), im Gym war es besonders schlimm, dort hat man uns schon zu verstehen gegeben, dass wir von außerhalb sind und eigentlich ein Störfaktor. Das Abendessen war-um Gegensatz zum Frühstück-ungenießbar, ein Buffet mit mehrheitlich Fleisch in verschiedenen Varianten und verkochten Nudeln, Gnocchi und Gemüse, das man hätte durch einen Strohhalm ziehen können. Fazit: Essen lieber außerhalb.

Z pewnością hotel i miejsce godne polecenia, nie żałuję spędzonego tu urlopu!
Pros:

Przestrzenny pokój, codziennie sprzątany. Miła obsługa. Super śniadania. Basen i siłownia (całkiem dobrze wyposażona) w cenie. Spokojna okolica, piękny widok na zatoke!

Cons:

Dojazd jednym autobusem kursującym dość rzadko. Można dojść na piechotę ale albo bardzo długa drogą albo po ~400 schodach pod górę ;)
