Overall OK with limited budget.
Pros:

Good location, warm welcoming staff.

Cons:

The room is too humid, maybe it's the nature of the city, I have to turn on the air conditioning at 22C in order to keep the room dry. Also the ventilation is not very clean.

Perfect for a short Singapore trip
Pros:

It was the perfect location for all the metros. Staff was friendly and helpfull. We had a small problem, the staff fixed it immediately.

Room is small but efficient, everything a traveler needs.

Cons:

The airco is facing the bed.

I do understand this is a budget hotel first of all it was way to expensive due to f1 on Singapore. Second room had a very bad smell and room bed was not comfortable at all. Only reason I stayed that becouse it was next to the metro that is all.

Great place for a budget sort stay.
Pros:

Nicely positioned, very clean with great air con and friendly staff.

Cons:

The water heater worked but you had to remember to turn it on !

Great place for the price paid, although my friend stayed at the Village for the same price.
Pros:

Great staff service. Room 406 was across from the elevator which was nice and it was clean and well kept.

Cons:

I did not enjoy that room 406 did not have a window. It was also too small to accomodate my three luggages. I found the comfortable, but the bed was too big for the space in the room.
