Cons:

The carpeting was filthy around the edges and under the side bed tables. It appeared as if it had never been vacuumed. I wish I had not dropped something that I had to get down on my hands and knees. I then would have never seen how dirty it was.

We definitely plan to stay again.
Pros:

We paid an extra $10 at booking for breakfast and it was far beyond what we expected. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect.

Cons:

General cleanliness in shared areas—floors needed vacuumed or swept, etc.
