We definitely plan to stay again.
Pros:

We paid an extra $10 at booking for breakfast and it was far beyond what we expected. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect.

Cons:

General cleanliness in shared areas—floors needed vacuumed or swept, etc.

The Delta Hotel Milwaukee Northwest is located in Menomonee Falls, a small and quiet suburb about 20 miles from downtown Milwaukee, so don't reserve a room here thinking you are close to downtown activities. The hotel is modern, and rooms are reasonably comfortable, but nothing about the place is above average. Service is mediocre, as the front desk is overwhelmed at peak times and lacks sufficient training. It's not a bad place to stay, but there are better hotels in the vicinity that offer higher quality service for an equivalent room rate.

Honest truth
Pros:

The staff, everyone was so nice even to my hyper children they didn't even look at them crazy someone said they didn't blame me they would let their children have fun also, I will be back for sure for another relaxing night. Great staff !

Cons:

Just the bathrooms you could tell they do not clean, they need to hire my cleaning company.
