Kind and cozy stay!
Pros:

Close to everything. Staff was very kind and it is great for people with limited mobility too! Everything was clean and comfortable as well.

No servia el aire, se reporto y no lo arreglaron. Solicitamos una cobija y nos mandaron una muy corta...los 3 dias pasamos frio.....mal.

En la recepción llegamos 12pm y nos indicaron que el Check In era a las 3pm, pero nos ayudaron para tener las habitaciones antes. Y el servicio y la atención del personal 10/10. Y la comida muy buena, solamente no me gustó el jugo de naranja, pero todo lo demás delicioso.

Cons:

El jugo de naranja del desayuno. Tal vez le sugiero que el personal del front desk anuncie el piso donde está el área de comida, porque varias perosnas bajamos hasta el piso principal y luego subimos las gradas. rotulación o que el personal lo mencione, sería algo maravilloso. Oportunidad de mejora.
