Cons:

When contacting the hotel before arrival, it took over one week to receive any reply, despite sending multiple messages on both booking.com and by email. Then there was still confusion from the hotels side when checking in.

When staying at the hotel, there was absolutely no hot or warm water coming from the shower. From the sink, there was only hot water coming. Therefore we could not shower nor drink. We stayed at this hotel 2 separate times, and it was the same problem on both occasions. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, so you need to buy your own or drink tap water. The hallways also smelled like cigarettes despite the room being non-smoking, and we could hear all the noise coming from the hallways, as well as other people's bathrooms. Finally, the towels were so worn that you could literally see through them.

Pros:

A cadeia Ibis tem quartos muito funcionais e, nesse caso específico, adequados para nós que pretendíamos a dormida de uma noite em trânsito. Específicamente a localização, apesar de uma boa vizinhança (lojas, cafés restaurantes e moradias) é muito distante do aeroporto (cerca de 25 km) e de outros pontos turísticos da cidade. A dormida foi óptima e silenciosa. A equipe muito prestativa e agradável.

Cons:

A cama é muito arcaica, parecia de molas com palha. Dura e não muito fácil de alguém se adaptar logo.

water tap.small room.guys who is wearing glass is not ok
Pros:

The water tap for dring drinking shoild seprate from bathroom.The guys who is wearing the glass at the recetion is not respecting manner to customer . Room is also too small.It is not worth with the price that we gave

Everything think us good, you have just to improve some small stuffs
Pros:

I liked more the way Mr. Firdaus and other staffs welcomed me, this was very fantastic
