Pros:

La localisation nickel sur la Soi 11. Le staff au top, notamment le ménage, archi efficace. La literie, une des meilleures de ma vie je pense. La piscine super cool. La salle de sport bien entretenue.

Cons:

Je vais chipoter, c'est des détails. Ma douche était un peu compliquée à régler à la bonne température. Ça manque d'un porte savon aussi. Et la piscine est à l'ombre à partir de 15:30.

Excellent Service and a Truly Welcoming Atmosphere

This is truly a wonderful hotel. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home right away. A very special thank you goes to the concierge Jed, who is incredibly kind, attentive, respectful, and always helpful. He really goes above and beyond to make everything possible and makes you feel truly cared for.

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, the food is very good, and the rooms are excellent as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere – we are truly impressed.

A great vacation staying at the Aloft Bangkok!
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights and it couldn't have been better.
Firstly, the staff was super friendly and attentive. From the front door staff to the
counter staff, they are helpful and accommodating. Secondly, the facility is very clean and the location is convenient to both of the public transportation.
They even have a shuttle to take you to either Nana station or to Westin and you can walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall to have a great meal. Iconsiam shopping mall is a must to visit as well. Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Bangkok!

Jed was awesome!!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean, great location and friendly stay. Jed was the best, he went above and beyond for us and was so sweet and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would definitely go back!
