Good for a short work trip
Pros:

The space was clean and the room was sufficient for my needs since I was out all day and only returned to the hotel at night. There was a staff member at the front desk at all times and they always greeted me when I walked in. They also called a taxi for me when I needed to leave early in the morning, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard, which was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

the bed was bit hard and it would be good if the windows could be opened a bit for better ventilation since the room is very small.

We stayed for 2 days, and met 3 staff members at front desk, all the The staff at reception were of excellent help, the lady we met first day of our checkin was extremly helpful, helped store our luggage till check in time and helped with online checkin and helped with our simple requests for Ironbox etc

only its location relative to where i needed to be

Cons:

way below my standards and expectations of a business hotel. a bunk bed would have worked better than queen bed. we struggled with floor space. don’t like the combined shower and toilet which meant toilet seat always wet. Even in London they managed small shower cubicle.

Good value.I would use this hotel again for just overnight.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Room clean. TV few channels I could watch. Bed was comfortable. Personal attention was good especially for a budget hotel. Fine for just overnight stay.

Cons:

Shower room was tiny. You could sit on the loo, wash your hands and have a shower all at once. Must be the smallest wet room in existence. Nowhere nearby to eat at.
