This 4-star hotel offered true 5-star comfort and service. The staff were incredibly fast, helpful and kind. I felt like I was the only guest – maximum attention and care. An extraordinary experience!

Ottima location immersa nel fascino della città vecchia
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica considerando anche che l'hotel offre gratuitamente un servizio navetta con la zona bassa del centro (porto) che evita la risalita in albergo se uno è stanco. Il servizio di navetta è molto efficiente. Il personale è giovane ed estremamente gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi difficoltà. La struttura è molto ben curata in ogni suo angolo, distribuita su edifici diversi all'interno del centro storico. Molto particolare la piscina con vista sulla città; non tanto per fare il bagno quanto per rilassarsi con una bella vista. Facile raggiungere il centro con ristoranti, bar e negozi, come anche la partenza dei traghetti per Formentera. Ottima esperienza.

Cons:

Abbiamo accettato una camera comoda come spazi, ma con solo una piccola finestra che affacciava su un cortile interno. Noi avevamo chiesto (in fase di prenotazione) una camera con finestra grande. Il personale si è adoperato per soddisfare la nostra richiesta, ma purtroppo le camere disponibili con finestra grande (e anche una bella vista sulla città) erano di piccole dimensioni. Abbiamo comunque molto apprezzato l'impegno del personale nel soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Detto questo, ritengo che la descrizione su Booking.com debba mettere in evidenza che si tratta di una struttura diffusa, che noi abbiamo apprezzato, ma forse non tutti condividono. Ad esempio per fare colazione (in una bellissima terrazza coperta che affaccia sulla città) nel nostro caso era necessario recarsi in un edificio diverso.

Very enjoyable stay, lovely end to our special holiday

Attentive staff, very welcoming and friendly. Lovely facilities. Beautiful location, appreciated the shuttle runs back from Town. Love the history.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a little cleaner, found several hairs and stickers from clothing from previous guests stuck to bedside table.
