PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.
Please be advised that is mandatory to present a photographic ID at the check in time and you may be requested to present same when returning to the hotel after 11pm.
Please note that our hotel offers a facility to park bikes and bicycles only. Our guests can avail of parking in Q-PARK nearby at Carroll's Quay T23P2TX to park their cars, at a 24 HOUR discounted rate.
Guests under 19 years of age cannot check-in unless the lead guest is aged 21 years or over.
In case of arriving after 11pm, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival (approximately 30 minutes) on the following contact number: (021)4501518.
Please note all cards will be preauthorised to guarantee the reservation. If you decide to use a different card for payment on arrival, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the preauthorised amount to be released. This period varies between banks.
Damage deposit - in case where the reservation payment is made by debit card then a security deposit of €200 may be required and will be returned on the inspection of the bedroom at check out time.
The property accepts Union Pay as a method of payment.

The property has a strict no smoking policy.
Check in is from 3pm but we can store your luggage if you arrive earlier. Check out is by 11am including vehicles. Overnight street parking after 6:30 p.m. and Sunday street parking is free including bank holidays.
Please note there is no elevator at the hotel or ground floor bedrooms.

For bookings of 4 rooms or more, a 50% deposit and list of guests names are required. Pets are not allowed with the exception of service dogs only. Our hotel is not suitable for Hens an Stag groups.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta in pienocentro della vecchia Dublino. Pieno di pub e locali dove bere una birra o cenare. La camera di dimensioni contenute ma pulita. Colazione continentale abbondante.

Cons:

Un po rumorosa la camera che dava sulla strada. Il personale di reception non è stato in grado di dare nessuna indicazione utile su luoghi, fermata bus, suggerimenti per cena. Totalmente impreparato.

Pros:

Wonderful location, super clean, really comfy, very quiet, no rushing to try to get you out in the morning with vacuum cleaner etc. Unbeliveble price of €12 for breakfast buffet or €6 for tea/coffee & toasts.
In many of the reviews there is mention of damp and cramped, out dated rooms. I am a David Lynch fan so I want to stay here, its a unique place with personality, super central, felt safe, a great part of the City, and lovely people working there, from those cleaning to, night porter, to receptionist, they are there to help out!
This Hotel has a charm, it has character..it is also ALWAYS the best deal in the City.
How much time are you going to be in your room?
Had the best sleep, loved the bed.
My room was not cramped, and shower was part of a renovated bathroom.
An unusual place but really liked it,
I did not park at the Hotel or in the Q Park but instead used an app called Parking People where I got safe parking a few minutes away.

Pros:

Location and the parking was very helpful. The staff were amazing. Very Cousy and friendly vibe to the place. The bed was comfy too

Water pressure was inconsistent and no soap available. Opening the window was awkward too

We felt displeased leaving the hotel
Pros:

The location and the beds were comfortable and little noise when we slept

Cons:

The room was quite small. The toilet roll dispenser kept on getting stuck. There were stains on the towels. They did not inform us of the parking situation upon arrival. The room got extremely warm and stuffy even when the window was open.
