el personal muy buen servicio tanto el recepción como en el comedor y en el bar perfecto
hay un chico joven de limpieza de habitaciones que no me gusto nada...y bueno la limpieza de la habitación deja que desear
La comida es muy aceptable
Que tenga q pagar 16 euros por día por el perro y no te dejen ni tomar un café en el hol. O cafetería.. Es una vergüenza y deje booking de anunciarlo como hotel amigos de las mascotas es vergonzoso.. Algún cliente q había con perro decían lo mismo q un hotel tan grande y no habiliten en el bar del holl aunque fueran dos mesas.. Es un robo pagar 16 euros cada día.. La foto q adjunto q vean si no podía sentarme ahí con mi perro aúna chica con su perro la hicieron levantar es vergonzoso no había nadie vuelvo a repetir déjenlo de anunciar como hotel con mascota y encima 2 plantas del hotel esta llena de trabajadores del camp nou.. Unos ruidos chillidos.. Entre ellos por las escaleras sentados con bebida una verguenza.

L’espace piscine enfant bien que l’eau ne soit pas chauffer 19 degrés aujourd’hui. Très froide pour une enfant de 2 ans
L’emplacement, le quartier hôtelier vraiment pas joli du tout. Très bruyant et très mal insonorisé. Des voyageurs qui font la fête toute la nuit, De jour comme de nuit. Impossible de se reposer dans la chambre. Chambre veillote et la salle de bain à revoir ! Joint pourri et humidité. Ne vaut pas ses 3 étoiles et encore moins les tarifs.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Colchón y almohadas cómodos, buen descanso sin ruidos. Piscinas en buen estado y bastante amplias con muchas hamacas. Animaciones chulas para la familia. Calidad precio correcto
