Fantastic views
Pros:

Location and views were fantastic. We stayed in the Terrace villas. The unit we stayed in had renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds. Reception was responsive and our issue with the kitchen windows was resolved promptly. Having a secure roller garage and washer dryer facilities was a plus!

Cons:

Nothing major. Noting each unit is likely individually owned, the kitchen could have had more basic utensils available such as oven mitts, heat cork boards. The air conditioning units probably need to be updated too as it took a while for the unit to cool down.

Clean and spacious apartment with beautiful ocean views
Pros:

The villa apartment we stayed in (#54) was spacious and clean (although a little dated in places), with an absolutely incredible east facing view of the ocean and northern coastline. The lady at the front desk is lovely, friendly and helpful. There are two pools on site, including a temperature controlled pool, and both are nice. The location was perfect for us - across from Second and Third Bay, but is a few minutes drive to the main beach and heart of Coolum. It was the perfect place to wind down and relax.

Cons:

The apartment was a little dated in places, but was very clean. It didn't really bother us too much and probably helps keep it more affordable, but others might be more bothered by it.

Amazing i would come back again
Pros:

Beautiful and exceptionallyclean property gave Santorini vibes.
Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Without car you would need to take bus or walk 15 min to the town for cafes. Near to indian restaurants and bars

Very homely, have found our go too in coolum.
Pros:

The bath is huge, beds are comfy, we had our own balcony with a awesome view of the water. And a good size lounge room also. Only 1 minute drive from shops and patrolled beach.

Exceptional stay and beautiful views
Pros:

Amazing place for the weekend!! Beautiful views spanning across every window of the lounge and the perfect getaway. Everything we needed

Cons:

Up a hill and a little bit away from eateries and main hub so if you’re not driving home from the pub and can’t get an uber/taxi, it’s a little bit of a mission to get back but this was more our fault due to lack of organisation

Lovely break by the beach
Pros:

Nice location on the beach, local shops and restaurants 5 min drive away. 15mins from Peregian and 30mins from Noosa with bus services available.
Apartments are spacious with kitchen facilities and laundry

Cons:

Apartments are a little dated. No restaurant or breakfast option as it’s not a hotel
