Overall a pleasant stay in a nice location and hotel
Pros:

Food, rooms, hotel in general was very nice. Staff were really efficient and friendly. Overall a very nice place to stay. I recommend this place for families with small children

Cons:

Coffee not available in the canteen at lunch and dinner, no real explanation from anyone why this is. Africa Bar closes at 6pm, this is a lovely bar in a quiet spot, better if it closed at 8pm even. Not much for teenagers to do here, it would be good if there was a basketball court, or football pitch where maybe they could hang out and mingle

Pros:

Ottima la posizione vicino al mare. Buona la pulizia delle camere. Buono il buffet, dopo un po' ripetitivo.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata, andrebbe modernizzata. La nostra camera aveva la maniglia della porta finestra rotta e in sostituzione hanno messo un gancio di blocco. In bagno il tubo del rubinetto sotto al lavandino perdeva acqua, era mangiato dalla ruggine, e il porta asciugamani era attaccato per miracolo al muro.
Migliorabile la pulizia nell' area ristorante, a volte si trovano piatti o bicchieri ancora sporchi.
Animazione kids da rivedere, non essendo andati con Alpitour, il mini club internazionale cominciava alle 11, un po' tardi a mio avviso. Alpitour invece alle 10, ma nn avendo prenotato con loro nn era possibile affidargli i bambini, anche se poi i due animatori svolgevano le stesse attività.

La posizione bellissima

Cons:

Due giorni non hanno fatto le pulizie nella stanza, ma la cosa peggiore è successa più tardi, due giorni prima della partenza di notte abbiamo avuto "gli ospiti" notturni che hanno portato i bancomat e carte di credito, per fortuna che mancavano due giorni della partenza e era tutto già pagato, un consiglio di non lasciare la porta della terrazza aperta,dormite con aria condizionata

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Very relaxing environment with beautiful views. Easy access to beach, shops, bus stop. Good food, plenty. Friendly staff. Pools areas and bars are great.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. Perhaps as a solo traveller I'd have preferred a less remote room accessible via a terrace door. I didn't realise this was a possibility but I didn't ask to change the room as it seemed alright to be there.

Poor hotel in wonderful location
Pros:

Location is perfect .

Cons:

The hotel is old and requires a lot of repairs, facilities in room were basically disintegrating.
All inclusive food was rather poor especially breakfasts, and lunches.
During the reservation we asked for a room being quiet and closest to the ocean. However, we got the room that was over main swimming pool with loud music, and far away from the ocean. Because of that we asked for shortening our stay, and the answer we got from the hotel staff was "you can always leave earlier the room, but we will not refund you any money"
