Exceptional - stayed in the presidential suite which was superb, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was exceptional, very well plated and lots of options - not just the standard buffet fare
Convenient location to shops and restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Elegant and quiet surroundings. Friendly and proactive staff. Spacious and very comfortable room. Excellent WiFi. Decent restaurant and wine offerings. Overall good value.

Very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always on hand and helpful. Nice quiet location.
Its a gem of a property with the hotel and restaurant interspersed with trees and dappled sunlight. Its small, so there are no long walks and the staff are fantastic. I'm a seasoned world traveler with 'Gold for life' status at two international chains. It says a lot that I'll forgo those in favor of a boutique hotel.

Breakfast is good. Staff are attentive. Having dinner for inhouse guests only is a great idea. The bar is open all afternoon.

The food throughout our stay was amazing. The staff were the best. The location our little sanctuary from the madness of Johannesburg. This is a wonderful place to stay if you need quiet space, no crowds, immaculate service and gourmet food for less than a Holiday Inn in America
