Unforgettable experience
Pros:

I have one of the most memorable experiences in life, my family and I loved every single bit. Ms Aylin at the reception was more than great. Professional, helpful and kind. She showed us the rooms before check-in.
This is the first time we experience cave stay. The view or the lit cave houses and hotels across the valley from our hotel was stunning. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise. The morning breeze was sensational. Rooms are as beautiful as in pictures: very clean and very spacious. We had a memorable stay.
Breakfast was warm and gently prepared in a way that makes you feel you are a guest at a Turkish family’s house. Yaşar - was the chef and waiter.
Parking was adequate - not sure how they can accommodate cars if all guests with cars.
We loved it and definitely recommended for couples, friends groups and/or families.

Superbe séjour en Capadocce
Pros:

Excellent séjour, l'hôtel a une vue magnifique et plein de terrasses ou l'on peut se poser. Le restaurant est exceptionnel, le petit déjeuner copieux et à la carte, le diner excellent. Le personnel est très attentionné et agréable, de bons conseils pour visiter la région et découvrir les alentours.

Definitely not worth it.
Pros:

Just okay. The rooms are cute. Don’t book for the “Michelin” restaurant - not sure what earned them that but it must have been a previous chef/menu. Also absolutely no vegan breakfast options other than a piece of bread and fruit. Not very Michelin-level. Very basic amenities and food. Not worth it as you will be far removed from anything in Cappadocia and will need a taxi to get anywhere - they will call the taxi and it will cost a pretty penny for any place you want to go. Their taxi driver will also end up charging double once you complete your trip. Stay in Goreme, it is not too crowded and while traveling it is good to be somewhere lively with more than one (terrible) restaurant. Not very helpful in making sure you make the most of your Cappadocia stay so make sure you know every single thing you want to do and see. It is very necessary to have the taxi take you around but dont expect it to be an actual day tour like they advertise as it is a literal taxi, he does not speak English or explain where you are, will take you on aide quests to friend/family businesses and it will delay your other tours so say no when you want to because sites close at 6pm.

It's a realistic cave and you can relax there.
Pros:

Great location. I could always see Ortahisar Castle. It is located a 10-minute walk to Ortahisar Center.

Cons:

The toilet and shower were in the same room, but the toilet door was broken and wouldn't close.

More than a stay, it's an experience.
Pros:

Words cannot express what a wonderful place this is!
As fellow hoteliers, the amount of care, hard work and meticulous attention to detail that went into creating every aspect was not lost on us. Rooms are all spacious and absolutely beautiful. Food is delicious. Service is warm and personable. The experience you have here far exceeds the price point.

We stayed 4 nights but could have easily stayed a week.
Book it. You won't be disappointed.

A Heavenly Stay at Hezen – Magical, Romantic & Unforgettable

staying at hezen felt like heaven. my boyfriend and i decided to visit cappadocia and it felt like a couples retreat. everything from check in to check out was sesmless. front desk guy was helpful during check in and helped us to our suite with our luggages automatically.
now let’s talk about how beautiful the superior suite was ! it was quiet, cool, and felt like something straight out of a movie. truly magical and homey.
breakfast plus the service was our favorite experience! yusef and ahmet were attentive to every detail. it was pretty cold in the evenings and right away they came to us with blankets, set up our table, and lit candles for us. they really went all out with making us feel incredibly special. felt so nice to relax and have them literally take care of everything.
we loved going out to the terrace in the evening for dessert. honestly we didn’t have to ask for anything! before we even thought of asking, they were already on it.
mustafa saw us on the terrace at night and came by with a heater - an angel!
we loved the location, it was peaceful and quiet. hotel was aesthetically pleasing. there was a grass area with lounge chairs that felt straight out of a fairytale. picture worthy for all content creators :)
we HAPPILY and TOTALLY recommend staying here for families, couples and even solo.
look forward to staying here again.

Notre séjour a été de courte durée, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Pros:

Le buffet est de bonne qualité avec des produits locaux. Si le soleil est présent, n'hésitez pas à vous poser sur une table en terrasse.

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas mais comme nous sommes venu pour visiter et non regarder le petit écran, cela nous importait peu.
