It's A Dump
Pros:

This hotel advertises as being high end, but I've had better stays at Holiday Inn Express and Motel 6. We had no hot water the three days we were there, only luke warm after letting it run for 10 mins. House keeping did not show up until 5:00 p.m. when we were getting ready for a dinner out with some friends, so we told her to come back later, she never did. Breakfast buffet was a staggering $27.50 per person. It's free at other hotels I've stayed at in Baton Rouge. The floor in the bathroom and shower were very slippery and my wife fell down stepping out of the shower bruising her knee. The floor in the room was cheap laminate and not very attractive. And finally, we were overcharged on our bill $50 that I cannot get corrected. All in all, this place is a dump. You get charged for everything except the air you breath. NOT RECOMMENDED, so stay at the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. They are much cheaper, free breakfast, and nicer rooms.

Very excellent
Pros:

The surrounding was clean; lots of places to dine; the people are warm and loyal and friendly. Good food ; places to visit are aright around the area like parks and shopping mall is near to hotel.

Cons:

There is everything there so I like everything about the place. There is nothing I did not like; the weather was great lots of sun and nice to hang outside.

Cool hotel
Pros:

Very eclectic hotel. Beautiful bars. Rooms had very high ceilings. Loved the retro refrigerators in the rooms.
