Nice hotel
Pros:

Hotel was clean and seemed to be newer. Was nicer more up to date and seemed overall cleaner and fresh than 2 other hotels I stayed at in the area. Bonus parking is gated.

Cons:

Night staff wasn't as warm but still helpfull.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, big rooms, free parking
Pros:

Room 314 was big, clean, quiet & had nice view into a good neighborhood. Fridge & shower worked well. Beds were comfortable though a tad soft. Alex at the front desk was super nice & helpful. Her recommendations for dinner were very good. Parking was free & easy. Breakfast (6-10AM) was good. Housekeeping staff were very nice. I had no problem going directly to them in the mornings to get whatever I needed: exchange towels, more toilet paper or soap, Kleenex, etc.

Location is good if you have a car, otherwise Capitola Beach & Village is a 25-minute walk away. It’s not far, but I was under the impression that this was a “beach hotel.” No matter. We had a car. And to tell the truth, after you spend a half-day in Capitola Beach, drive to the other nearby beaches. They are beautiful, have more & cheaper parking (Some are free.), and are less than 30-minute drive away. Our favorite beach this stay was Natural Bridges State Beach, though Lighthouse Beach was also cool for watching surfers.
Lots of shopping & places to eat nearby. Whole Foods grocery store also nearby.

Cons:

FYI: Sofa-bed can fit only 1 adult or 2 smaller children. Since we were only 5 adults, we were fine.
Also, room cleaning is only on request. Since we were only there 3 nights, we didn’t need any cleaning.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom could be better. Also hotel should think about getting small Keurig with the K cups in the rooms instead of the 1990s small coffee pot also perhaps liquid creamer instead of the powder stuff breakfast was great hotel is clean beds are comfy.

Family friendly but classy experience!
Pros:

Check in was easy and smooth. Loved the gated private parking specially with little kids was easier getting everyone in and out of the car. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The salt water pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing extra place for the kids to get energy out. Rooms were very very clean nothing was broken or stained gave a peace of mind that we didnt need to be worried we were going to find some hidden nasty or broken something! The whole hotel was just as clean and well put together! Having the laundry room with the washer and dryer was amazing as a mom with 3 kids! Loved that it had an app on my phone to tell me when almost complet and didnt have to look for quarters!!! All staff interactions were great and very friendly! Our kids were sad to go home and are excited to hopefully stay again next summer!!!

Cons:

There was milk cartons at breakfast but non available to buy in the little shop at the front desk. Also no tooth brushes to purchase. Was the one thing forgotten by my husband was a toothbrush. With a toddler having to squeeze a half gallon of milk from the store into the mini fridge was hard. Was hoping to be able to buy a small thing of milk at the front desk just as needed. But thats being very very picky to find something to complain about!

Very enjoyable…excellent stay except for 2 items reported. All other staff were professional and friendly.
Pros:

The facility and staff were great. Complementary breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

The young lady working check in desk was almost non functional. Not professionally dressed and hair was dirty, oily and barely combed.
The hot tub was very enjoyable but regular pool was dirty!!!

Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was AWESOME!

Cons:

Staff should have been looking out for children that were not in control by their parents at breakfast. It was difficult getting something to eat.

Breakfast was not good.
Coffee was weak, poor quality. Cereal was stale. Eggs, bagels and meat dishes of poor quality

Other than the hot tub being out of order, it was a really nice stay.
Pros:

It was a convenient location for what we were doing. It’s a beautiful building, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to get to the parking area as you had to go through the drive to check/ in and there were cars parked in a way that made it tight.
I was disappointed the hot tub was out of order. It was one of the reasons I picked the hotel.

Pros:

Good location, well kept surroundings, pool and plenty of setting areas.
Very comfortable, well equipped,
spacious and quiet bedrooms.

Cons:

No bar/hospitality area. Lacking atmosphere.
Breakfast area - not what expected of this standard of hotel would describe more like canteen.
Food average, paper plates and plastic cutlery however staff friendly and helpful.

Très bon séjour. Lieux confortable et agréable. Nous y avons passé deux belles nuits !
Pros:

La suite était spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain était très luxueuse. Grand plus pour la baignoire ! Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Nous avons appréciez notre séjour.
