Property was good for a night, had a lovely view of the fireworks from our room and the staff were super helpful and kind throughout our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Danang and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences we had during our trip to Vietnam.

As an Accor Platinum member, we were able to enjoy access to the Executive Lounge, which was excellent. The food selection was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and it was a fantastic place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Ngoc, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made a lasting impression.

We highly recommend Grand Mercure Danang and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Vietnam.

We have had an excellent experience staying at Grand Mercure Danang. From the moment we arrived, the hotel has felt welcoming, comfortable, and professionally run.

A special mention must go to Tugen and Ni, who greet us every morning with the most beautiful smiles. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality have made such a difference to our stay. It is the little moments like being welcomed each morning with such positive energy that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one.

The staff throughout the hotel have been friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service has been excellent. Breakfast has also been a great way to start each day, with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to enjoy.

Grand Mercure Danang has been a wonderful base for our time in Da Nang, but it is the people who have truly made the experience stand out. Thank you again to Tugen, Ni, and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

There are many buffet-style breakfast options. Each dish offers its own unique flavor and tastes as good as if it were cooked in a famous restaurant. For example, there's beef pho, Hue-style beef noodle soup, Quang noodles, ... and Chinese, Korean, Indian dishes, ...
The drinks are also delicious, such as coconut coffee, Vietnamese milk coffee, fruit juices, and detox drinks...
You won't have to worry about getting bored with the same food even if you stay a long time, because the restaurant changes the menu every day, so you'll be eager to go down to the restaurant in the morning to see what you'll get to enjoy that day.
If you're lucky enough to have breakfast on a day when Ms. Van Kieu is working, she'll help you find a great seat, introduce you to the delicious dishes in detail, and serve you like a VIP.

In short, you only need to focus on what you'll do during the day, and breakfast at LRG is always satisfying.

The suite with lounge access is very good value for money. There were marvelous views from both our suite and the executive lounge overlooking all the way down the river past the dragon bridge and city. We preferred having breakfast in the lounge as it had a good variety and you could choose dishes from a menu. Afternoon tea was generous and alcoholic spirits and cocktails drinks in the evening were perfect. The staff are very attentive, friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable but a little on the firm side. Everything else in the suite room was really good (only slightly dated). The gym was well equipped. The food at the Terrace restaurant was very tasty. Thank you to the customer rekation manager for organising our departure transfer from the hotel to the airport.

Wonderful experience in Danang

We stayed at club level and this was better than expected. The check in was normal instead of in the club. Most other stays we have been greeted and escorted to the club level for welcome drinks while checking in.
Over all this was a great location and a very friendly hotel.
The GM was very engaging as were all the staff. The Privilege Club was very relaxing. The chef did a fantastic job with a broad menu for breakfast. The evening food was great as was the selection of drinks.
The management and staff make you feel very welcome.
We will stay here again
