Super séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande à 100 % ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : proche du centre-ville, parfait pour se déplacer facilement, mais aussi très agréable pour admirer le pont du Dragon et aller à la plage.
J’ai particulièrement adoré pouvoir assister au feu du Dragon directement depuis ma chambre, c’était une expérience magique !
Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux : on y mange très bien, il y a beaucoup de choix et tout est impeccable. La propreté est irréprochable et honnêtement, il n’y a absolument rien à redire sur quoi que ce soit.
Un immense merci également au personnel du service clientèle qui a été absolument fabuleux. Que ce soit la team manager ou les deux autres messieurs, ils ont été exemplaires, attentionnés et vraiment incroyables tout au long du séjour.
Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde sans hésiter !
Amazing stay at this hotel — I recommend it 100%! The location is perfect: close to the city center, very convenient for getting around, and also ideal for enjoying the Dragon Bridge and going to the beach.
I especially loved being able to watch the Dragon fire show directly from my room — it was a magical experience!
The breakfast is simply fantastic: the food is delicious, there is plenty of choice, and everything is spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable and honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.
A huge thank you to the customer service team who were absolutely wonderful. The team manager and the two other gentlemen were exemplary, attentive, and truly amazing throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation!
Le seul petit point négatif concerne un malentendu avec le linge de salle de bain. Le service de nettoyage avait retiré deux linges sales que j’avais laissés sous le lavabo et ne les avait pas remplacés. Le lendemain, j’ai trouvé sur mon lit un papier me demandant où étaient passés ces deux linges, ce que je n’ai pas du tout apprécié. Voyageant seule, je me suis sentie un peu mise en cause à tort. Je me suis donc rendue au service client pour expliquer la situation et j’ai même proposé de monter dans ma chambre et d’ouvrir ma valise afin de clarifier les choses. Heureusement, la situation a pu être expliquée, mais je n’ai pas trouvé cette démarche très appropriée.
The only small negative point concerns a misunderstanding regarding the bathroom towels. The housekeeping staff had removed two used towels that I had left under the sink and did not replace them. The next day, I found a note on my bed asking where those two towels were, which I really did not appreciate. As I was traveling alone, I felt unfairly questioned. I therefore went to the customer service desk to explain the situation and even offered to go back to my room and open my suitcase to clarify everything. Fortunately, the situation was resolved, but I did not find this approach very appropriate.

Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The view of the river from the room is definitely a highlight. We also tried the dim sum buffet and it was delicious. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay all around.

What a wonderful stay we had with Grand Mercure Danang. From the moment of check-in till check-out, we all feel very satisfied. There is a guy that we would like to mention, that's is Mr. Huy at the Tour desk, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He also helped us with great recommendations and advice. Many thanks to Huy and Grand Mercure Danang team for making our stay in Danang unforgettable!!!
We had a great stay at Grand Mercure Danang. The staff treated us right, especially Mr Huy at the Concierge desk, who provided us with useful information and helped us browse the city with ease. In addition, the suite we had was spacious and spotless, making us feel very comfortable. Mr Huy also arranged the car for us to the Airport as well. So overall, this was a wonderful stay. Shout out to Mr Huy for the amazing work he is doing.

We find it difficult where to begin with all our delightful experiences during our stay at the Grand Mercure but of course it all came down to the staff! Yes we loved the amenities and the room but it was the staff that won us over. We must begin with the Concierge. He was so helpful, his English 100% perfect , his proactive attitude, his friendliness, his professionalism added to our everyday experience. We feel terrible we don’t remember his name but we remember it had 3 letters and ended in “uy”. Please forgive us. Then the Front desk service. Above and beyond. A solution for every question or problem. Check in is where the entire experience begins and our started out perfect and remained that way until the very last day. And of course a shoutout to the bartender front doormen and last but not least Housekeeping for the outstanding way they looked after our room. Thank you Grand Mercure for making our first stay in Da Nang not our last stay !!!!!
Our stay at Mercure Danang Hotel was absolutely wonderful from the moment we booked until check-out. I made a small mistake with my reservation, but Trang, the Guest Relations Manager, went above and beyond to fix everything and completely put my worries at ease. Her care and attention truly made a difference.
The team also surprised us with something special for my son’s birthday, which made the day incredibly meaningful and memorable for our family.
We booked access to the Executive Lounge, and it was a delight — peaceful, comfortable, and a perfect place to unwind. We also enjoyed Karma Spa, which was very relaxing, and the gym facilities were excellent as well.
Honestly, we didn’t want to go home. Our stay was that lovely. Thank you to the entire Mercure Danang team for making our visit so special — we can’t wait to come back! 💛
