Amei a localização, próximo ao mercado central , a rua do hotel é tranquila e segura O café da manhã é gostoso. A cama de casal não é grande, mas é bem confortável. Os atendentes são educados ..
O quarto de casal que fiquei era minúsculo . Mas já o dos meus filhos ( quarto triplo) foi bem satisfatório.
Não gostei de ver pratos sujos empilhados no corredor próximo a escada, os elevadores estavam demorando e um deles estava com problema .

Um dos elevadores estava em manutenção o que nos fez esperar muito tempo para pegá-los.
Café da manhã
- Quarto com problema na iluminação, desliga toda hora
- banheiro pequeno e molha tudo
- elevadores não funcionam direito, somente 2 estavam funcionando mais ou menos
- o hotel coloca uma taxa que aparece em tamanho reduzido no booking, o que confunde o hóspede
Café da manhã, conforto do quarto e atendimento dos funcionários são bons.
Falta manutenção e zelo no hotel como um todo e, principalmente, nos elevadores. A empresa põe em risco a segurança coletiva, de hóspedes e funcionários. Os elevadores, se não houve PARALISAÇÃO IMEDIATA de uso, pode causar acidentes graves e irreversíveis. O hotel não investe em manutenção de equipamentos críticos para a segurança de todos. Os elevadores estão um caos: balançam, vibram, param no meio do andar, apresentam barulhos… desequilíbrio e risco total.
