Do atendimento do TIAGO e da Eduarda que foram ótimos e amenizaram o desconforto é a decepção descrita a seguir. Também ofereceram informações muito úteis dobre a cidade.
Ter de pagar um acréscimo nas diárias para trocar de quarto e aí sim me hospedar em um hotel 4 estrelas como figurado no booking. O quarto originalmente reservado (standard) ficaria ótimo em ima pousadinha de praia sem estrelas.

Ótima localização, bom atendimento e quarto espaçoso.
O elevador fazia barulhos e sacudia assustadoramente. Em uma subida, não parou no meu andar e desceu dois andares; achei que fosse cair. Vários hóspedes também reclamaram, assustados. A smart TV estava sem internet e travava, e a água vazava do box.
