Direkt an der Strandpromenade

Unser Bad
Die Tür ging nach innen auf. Der Platz war dafür nicht geeignet. Da es so klein ist, musste man sich um die Tür schlängeln.
Was machen Menschen die etwas beleibter sind? Diese kommen nicht auf die Toilette
Das müsste dringend verbessert werden

Raňajky a večere boli chuťovo výborné, vždy bola bohatá ponuka jedál k dispozícii.

Cons:

Na izbe chýba klimatizácia. Počas horúcich letných dní nebol na izbe k dispozícii ani ventilátor.

Okay. Aber kein Viersternehotel.
Pros:

Frühstück super. Ausblick im 6.OG super.

Cons:

Ausstattung schon älter. Duschtasse sehr alt und Instabil.
Balkon sehr klein. Passen keine Stühle rauf. Durchgangsbalkon, stand so nicht in der Beschreibung.

It was nice and relaxing. We also enjoy the live music.
Pros:

Location is perfect specially with kid. There is enough activities inside also with the kid if weather outside is not good.
The location is just infront of See.

Cons:

it will be great if there is small kettle to warm the water will be provided in the room plus the tea or coffee.

Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gute Qualität der Speisen und sehr große Auswahl.
Unser Zimmer schien ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, das ist jedoch sehr subjektiv. Es war Alles vorhanden und Funktionstüchtig.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand etwa 700m von der Seebrücke Binz entfernt.
Ein Fabelhaftes Serviceteam und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Ich hätte gern mein Geld zurück !!!

Das einzige Gute war die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe!!! - Maximal drei Sterne -
Schmutzige Zimmer, kein Zimmerservice ( tagelang keine sauberen Handtücher, schmutzige Gläser wurden in der gesamten Zeit nicht ein einziges Mal ausgetauscht)
Das Frühstück - ganz furchtbar - Das Personal unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit
