Pros:

I booked this hotel because it was budget-friendly, but the stay was terrible.

The online description was misleading. The listing did not mention that one bathroom is shared among seven rooms, and several advertised amenities such as air conditioning, breakfast, refrigerator, and coffee maker were not provided. The bedsheets were stained, and even after requesting multiple replacements, every sheet offered was also stained, leaving me with no choice but to sleep on soiled bedding. The Wi-Fi was unstable, the walls lacked proper soundproofing, and the staff were rude.

Overall, the hotel felt unsafe, and the photos advertised online looked nothing like the actual place. They advertise it as a boutique hotel, but it is barely above a hostel. I do not recommend staying here.

Cons:

Wasn’t what we booked. We booked and paid for a queen room with private bathroom we got a standard 54 inch bed with a private bathroom .the area where the hotel is located is not safe

This is a budget accommodation and it did the trick - room was clean, bed comfy. It is a shared bathroom however, which turned out to not be a problem but I should have read the description more closely. And the desk staff person was very friendly, which was lovely.

Pros:

I never stayed at the property. When I got to the city I called (hoping to get an early check-in) but they refused to acknowledge I had reservations or my communications with them about arrival time. I thought it was a child I was dealing with and it was a prank but it wasn't. So I was too afraid to stay there.
