Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom.
Pros:

A reggeli szuper volt.
Meglepetés pezsgő a szobában.
A személyzet segítőkész kedves volt.
A jakuzziban szuper volt a kirándulãs után lazítani.
Szuper a szauna részleg.

Cons:

Sajnos a beltèri medence felújítãs alatt volt és erről nem volt tájékoztatás a rendelésnél de a jakuzzi kárpótolt.

Fantasztikus hely, biztosan visszatérünk!
Pros:

A reggeli fantasztikus és bőséges, a wellness részleg igényes és kényelmesen tág, sok apró részletre figyeltek az egész hotel berendezésénél. Nagyon igényes szálláshely minden tekintetben. A Plum Bistro-ban isteni vacsorákat ettünk, kellemes hangulatban. A személyzet szuper kedves és segítőkész. Nagyon pihentető volt az a három nap, amit itt tölthettünk.

Cons:

A szaunában a padló nagyon forró, mert nincs rajta fa burkolat.
A szobában az alaphőmérséklet (számunkra) túl alacsonyra van beállítva. Ha manuálisan emelünk a hőmérsékleten, lassan melegíti fel a szobát, illetve, ha elhagyjuk a szobát, ismét visszaáll az alapbeállításra és hideg van amikor visszaérkezünk.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Bedarf für besseren Service beim Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten bequem, das Bad sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
Bademäntel sind vorhanden, der SPA Bereich angenehm groß, mit Whirlpool und Saunen, Dampfbad und Ruheraum.
Das Frühstück war gut sortiert, wenn man denn morgens ganz früh da war.
Parkplatz vorhanden. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe konnte die fehlenden Möglichkeiten direkt im Hotel zu essen auffangen.

Cons:

Leider wird der Innenpool zur Zeit renoviert und der Aussenpool wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzbar. Das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet, auch nicht das Café, so dass wir keine Möglichkeit hatten etwas zu essen.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber wenn man nicht direkt um acht Uhr da war, hatte man nicht viel davon, denn es wurde nur sehr langsam oder gar nicht aufgefüllt- obwohl neue Gäste kamen. Selbst auf Nachfragen hin, gab es kein Brot, keine Gurken/Tomaten und keine Früchte mehr. Nur der Kuchen wurde aufgefüllt.

Struttura vicino ai laghi con bellissima zona spa
Pros:

Ottima zona spa e piscina.
Vicinanza con i laghi
Ristorante di loro proprietà ottimo (gentilmente ci avevano già riservato un tavolo)

Cons:

L’albergo si divide in due parti, una molto nuova e moderna, una un po più vecchia!
Colazione a pagamento che non vale i soldi spesi, poca scelta e espresso o cappuccino fatto dal bar a pagamento.

I wouldn't recommend it – the rooms are dirty

location, very close to the Plitvice Lakes

Cons:

After checking in, I reported to reception that our room was dirty. I showed them photos of cobwebs and lot of spiders on the door between the bathroom and the bedroom, and squashed insects in the net curtains. There were a lot of them – I’ve attached the photos. We were told that someone would come and clean it up straight away, but unfortunately no one turned up. The next day, there was a new member of staff at reception; we told him about our problem, but unfortunately he wasn’t interested either. We were supposed to stay at this hotel for longer, but in the end we changed hotels the following day. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Such dirtiness is unacceptable; moreover, this wasn’t just a one-day oversight

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés és a wellness szuper volt!

Cons:

Sajnos a belső medence még építés alatt állt mikor ott voltunk.
Van ugyan kávéfőző a szobában, de rosszul működött, 4 db kapszula és 3 db cukor volt minden nap.... sajnos tejpor nem volt. A minibárban semmi nem volt, pedig fogyasztottunk volna. Szerintem ezekre oda kellene figyelni, ilyen árfekvés mellett!

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay close to the lakes
Pros:

Location and the pool.

Cons:

We thought they did such a great job on all the design elements, but noticed in common places like the elevator we’re not cleaned and we saw a lot of handprints on the stainless steel or black finishes.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant um die Ecke.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, die Betten waren so gut das ich am liebsten gleich eins mitgenommen hätte.
Sollten sie mir den Hersteller nennen können wäre ich super froh. Die Anlage ist sehr grosszügig und luftig gestaltet.

Cons:

Schade war der Frühstücksraum noch nicht freigegeben, dieser ist sehr schön gestaltet und mit dem Blick auf den Pool sicher eine tolle Sache.
