Um dia em casal.
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários, conseguimos fazer o check-in antes do tempo, o pequeno almoço era muito bom, muita qualidade e variedade, muito bem localizado, mesmo à daída do metro autocarros e táxis.

Some friendly staff but not suitable for familes (Autumn- Winter)

For a 4 stars hotel all staff should have been friendly smd not a few.






The house keeper kept my room cleaned.

There was one specific member from reception that went above and beyond with his patience I can't remember his name but he was working on 8.02 morning shift.

Cons:

The reception staff should be friendly and attentive not only during check-in but also at check-out. Since there was no queue at check-out, Ms. Olga could have been more welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is very well located, but it’s not ideal to visit on rainy days with families. There are only two restaurants — one indoor and one outdoor. Due to the weather, only the indoor restaurant was open.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but they were not accurate. We stayed for the weekend, and since there is no lounge in the hotel and Madrid’s nightlife is mostly geared toward adults, it was quite boring for the kids, especially at night, as we had to stay in the room.

Locatie was perfect om de stad te verkennen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.

Inrichting van de kamer viel een klein beetje tegen. In de badkamer was geen verwarming en ventilatie aanwezig.

¡Muy bien todo!
Pros:

El desayuno bastante variado, surtido y fresco. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias, camas y almohadas limpias y acolchadas, baños actualizados (nose que pasa en algunos hoteles en Europa, que el agua de la ducha se sale y es incómodo). Orden de la habitación diaria. Todo muy bien. Calefacción perfecta en invierno.
