O hotel fica uma região ótima de Madrid. Com vários cafés restaurantes lojas próximos. O quarto é muito confortável e limpo

Great breakfast.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but one of my collogues did not have a coffee machine in his room. No spare available.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with what I’ve spent.
Pros:

The location is extraordinary, but the facility is really not up to my expectations. We booked a queen bed + small bed room. It’s more like a dorm not a proper room. The ceiling is too low for three adults to settle in. When we checked in, the room only prepared two shower towels, had to call the reception and ask for the 3rd one. It was also a rainy day, but the hotel run out of umbrellas. The experience is NOT good.

Cons:

The room and the corridor is so dark and scary during the day and night.
