Personale cortese, ottima colazione e pulizia, ma camera non è assolutamente da 4 stelle

Il personale è stato molto cortese, la colazione ottima e la pulizia generale buona.
Essendoci gia stata qualche anno fa ed essendomi trovata bene, ho deciso di tornare.

Cons:

Purtroppo questa volta sono rimasta molto delusa.
La camera standard e il bagno si presentavano malissimo: mobili rovinati, soffione e manopola della doccia rotti, piatto doccia con muffa e bocchetta dell'aria condizionata direttamente sul letto. Durante la prenotazione era disponibile solo la camera standard interna, ma è inaccettabile che un hotel a quattro stelle offra camere così ridotte e trascurate.

Een ideaal hotel voor een citytrip Madrid
Pros:

De bedden waren uitstekend! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alles werd direct aangevuld. Veel vers fruit! Zeer propere kamer met zalige douche! Metro was vakbij. Mooie binnentuin met planten.

Cons:

Wij zaten op de bovenste (4de) verdieping maar door het enkel glas in het dakraam konden we s'avonds laat nog steeds lawaai van de feestvierende mensen op het nabijgelegen pleintje horen.

Υπέροχος χώρος,υπέροχη τοποθεσία,υπέροχη η πλατεία μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο,σταθμός μετρό στα δύο βήματα στην κυριολεξία,το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο,μεγάλο,φωτεινο με θέα,πρωινό πλουσιοπάροχο κ όλοι οι υπάλληλοι χαμογελαστοί κ εξυπηρετικοί!! Σίγουρα είναι ένας από τους λόγους που θα ξαναπάω Μαδρίτη!!

Locația și micul dejun.

Cons:

Camera deși a fost spațioasă, nu este izolată defel, se aude tot de pe hol și de afară deși eram la etajul 4 cazați.
Ar trebui izolate ușa de la cameră, de la baie ( care e o ușă de sticlă de formă) și fereastra.
Arată mai degrabă a hotel de 3 stele.
