travel in japan during 3 weeks, Yokohama,Kyoto and Osaka. This is the best hotel where I stayed, 4 days.

この度はありがとうございました。
泊まった部屋はライブ帰りには十分でした。
またホテルに隣接してファミリーマートがあるので良い点だと思います。
駅からは近いとはいえませんが、遠くもないと思います。
アメニティはいる人は必要分をロビーでとる形になります。
歯ブラシやカミソリなどアメニティを貰わない場合はQUOカードがもらえたそうです。

洗濯機フロアが最終日使用出来なかった。
代替として提示されたコインランドリーが15分は離れている場所だった。

他が空いてないから宿泊したが、数年前にネット予約時に朝食ありの価格で予約したのに、予約は朝食無しと言われて朝食代を徴収された。

部屋内テーブルが狭く、PC作業がしにくい。照明がベッド近くにある為、照明が部屋全体を照らしきれていない。

という理由からおすすめし難いホテル。

チェックインまで時間がありましたが暑い中の移動後で休憩させて頂きたいと伝えたら気持ちよく対応して下さり、冷たい飲み物もありますよと言われお言葉に甘えて頂き、汗だくだったのでとても有り難かったです。
ロビーも快適でチェックインもスムーズでした。お世話になりました。
