Outstanding staff that always make every visit like coming back to your second home.
Pros:

I stay only at this hotel, why? Because it has the most delightful staff; they always go the extra mile for you. From Reception to the breakfast room staff and room service. They are all utterly charming people. It’s a good hotel, yes but it’s the staff that make this hotel so outstanding. I am an ex airline captain and I have travelled the world. The staff at this Meliá hotel are in the top 1% of all the hotels I have stayed in worldwide. It’s always an absolute pleasure to stay at this Meliá.

Um ótimo hotel, com um bom preço. O quarto onde eu fiquei era bem grande, limpo, deixaram um presente, e a cama era ótima. A internet também foi suficiente. Só o banheiro, que talvez precise de uma pequena atualização, mas mesmo assim tudo funcionou muito bem e o chuveiro é ótimo.

Small bathrom - No USB connectors - No lights when removing the card key
Pros:

The bathroom was very small. I’m not a big person, but I still had to be careful not to bump into the door or walls when inside. Another issue was having to remove the card key to leave the room — when the electricity went out, I didn’t even have light to find the doorknob to open the door. In today’s standards, having USB outlets for charging phones and other devices is essential, but my room only had a Brazilian-style outlet. Some updates should definitely be considered. That said, the bathroom will remain small no matter what.

Comfortable, close to city airport, full of dining option inside and outside the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, the toilette non very big but clean and modern. Much appreciated the availability for free of the slippers and the bathrobe.

There was construction going on across the street, but the sound was well dampened by the windows and only obvious when the windows were open.
Hotel is centrally located, with short walks to restaurants and small shops.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, though there is no concierge.
Breakfast and the bar were great.
