Excellent location
Pros:

The location is excellent - it is 2 minutes' walk from Okachimachi JR station on the Yamanote line. It also is a short walk from the Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza line) station. At the hotel itself, the amenity bar and pyjamas are good. You are able to switch pillows using the pillow bar too. The staff are helpful. Free coffee available.

Cons:

A little bit of noise can be heard from the street but that is not the hotel's fault and may be due to the floor I was on (2F).

In a very convenient location and the rooms are just the right size for what you need

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit guter Anbindung. Um die Ecke direkt ein Kaufhaus mit einer tollen Foodabteilung im Untergeschoss. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein, 3 Bügel definitiv zu wenig. Es kam ein fauliger Geruch im Bad aus den Ausflüssen, das war unangenehm. Bett etwas durchgelegen.

Možnost vyzkoušet různé polštáře ( doslova vás upozorní, abyste si vybrali ze 4 typů polštáře na vyzkoušení) samozřejmě normální polštáře máte již na pokoji, dobrá snídaně, příjemný personál, výborné místo. Měl jsem tichý pokoj. Možnost úschovy zavazadel. Velikost pokoje odpovídá ceně.

Ein gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage in Tokyo
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten von der nächsten Bahnverbindung entfernt und befindet sich in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer entsprechen dem guten japanischen Standard.

Cons:

Es hätte ein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück geben können, aber insgesamt war es in Ordnung
