The staff was extremely helpful to me. After arriving at 9pm from a 13 hour fight from Mexico, one of the front desk staff excorted me to my room in building 9, helped me with my cumbersome luggage and settled me in for the night. I had a medical emergency related to a miscalution of my prescription and they called the health center directly so I could arrange a traveler's same day appointment. They made great recommendations with clear directions and arranged Uber rides ahead of time for me. This was my first trip to Scotland and my first trip abroad since 2018. Things have changed a lot! The Kind ladies at the front desk made this 72 year old feel well attended and looked after!.
All the new automated devices that required programming. An operational manual might have helped but I doubt there are none available. I just have to learn more!

Lejligheden var meget slidt, manglende forhæng til bruseren hvilket betød at det var vand overalt. Køkkenet var ikke så "veludstyret" som beskrevet i andre anmeldelser. Sengen var meget hård.
