The property wasn’t clean, it was like a oven which made it uncomfortable for sleep and getting ready, luckily there were two fans we had these on and the windows open and it was still stuffy, the bed was also like a brick, we stayed on the 3rd floor 2 bed apartment with sofa bed, little things like the shower gels etc were empty the bedding was dirty for the sofa bed, it will only allow me to add 4 photos so i have added 4 with my review, it says alot if even my 11 year old wanted to have his socks on and not walk barefoot

ho trovato 5/6 crackers sotto al divano letto, briciole e polvere intorno al divano, indicando quindi che non era stato adeguatamente pulito...
aumenterei la dotazione di stoviglie.

There was an unpleasant smell in the tap water

Se devo essere onesta non ho trovato la stanza pulita secondo i miei standard. Non mi interessa il lusso, ma la pulizia e l’igiene sono fondamentali. Lenzuola e asciugamani assolutamente puliti. Però ho trovato water e microonde sporchi, e una tazza con dentro dei chicchi di riso. A parte la carta igienica che era fornita in buona quantità, suggerirei qualche accessorio in più sia in cucina che in bagno (tovaglioli, spugne, cuffia, saponette…). In ultimo essendo in 4 avrei preferito trovare il divano letto già fatto. La struttura ha un grande potenziale e uno staff molto cordiale e operativo quindi suggerirei qualche miglioramento visti i prezzi.

The apartment bathroom and kitchen area was quite tired, one of the floor tiles was missing in the living area and the bathroom floor was poorly installed laminate with bubbles underneath… apartment would be amazing with a better maintenance/refurbishment.

Cleanliness was below expectations. The room was genuinely dirty.
When we moved the chair and table closer to the window, we found significant dust and dirt underneath and had to clean it ourselves.
A lot of dust under the bed as well.
Bathroom floors were dirty.
The carpet in the room was in poor condition, so we rolled it up and put it aside immediately.

The armchair is in bad condition: armrests are loose and unstable, making it uncomfortable to use.

Bed: we understood in advance that it would be two single beds combined, which is usually not an issue. However, in this case:
• two separate and different mattresses;
• the bed frame is very light and on cheap plastic wheels;
• beds constantly move apart, creating a gap in the middle;
• pillows are very thin and uncomfortable.

The shower lacks a handheld showerhead, even though the fitting for it is present. It’s not always convenient to use only the overhead (rain) shower.

Windows need sheer curtains. Currently, there is either blackout or nothing at all. During the day, blackout curtains are not practical, but without any curtains there is no privacy — windows face directly towards neighbors.

It’s very hot and quite difficult to sleep. There’s no air conditioning

Our room was tired , cracks on cooker , wardrobe doors stuck ,bathroom stained flooring and generally felt needed little freshen up . However spent very little time in room and was clean and quiet so would stay again
