La struttura era comodissima, al centro di uno snodo dei trasporti, abbiamo anche avuto un upgrade di camera quindi ancora meglio. L’appartamento era fornito con l’essenziale.
Unica pecca, non hanno un vero servizio di deposito bagagli, hanno solo degli armadietti a pagamento.
Everything, only missing a bath while my partner has a skin condition and would much rather a bath but that was on my part for not checking.
The facilities in the living room, bedroom and kitchen were excellent — they even provided a washing machine, which was a big plus for me. That’s why I gave it 9 out of 10.
The bathroom could be improved, but overall the stay was still better than other hotels in this price range.
The staff were very helpful and even asked if I needed any recommendations for exploring the city.

La struttura è a pochi passi dalla stazione Haymarket e vicinissima al centro storico. Nuova e completa di ogni comfort. Abbiamo ricevuto upgrade gratuito per appartamento più ampio.

Going with a 1 year old I loved how much space the apartment had, there was room in the bedroom for us to put her cot bed in. Nothing unsafe laying around. It was clean, pretty. Really nice stay.
The sofa was uncomfortable but I’m guessing that’s because it’s a sofa bed. When we got there it was sooooo hot in the room, with a baby this stressed me out a little. Windows open and we eventually managed to get the temp down to 23.8 but that’s still quite warm for a baby - but we were fine 😊

We got upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was lovely! Spacious apartment, all the facilities you need. Staff were great and attentive.
When we arrived previous guests had turned the heating off at the boiler, so when we tried putting the heating on nothing worked for 24 hours. We hoped it would be a case of it was turning on, we informed staff and they sent someone up right away, they were unsure too but as a last resort checked the boiler. I think that should be a part of cleaning routine, especially in colder months, we had to go out and buy thicker pyjamas as we thought thats just how cold the apartment was. In future I think its best to check before guests check in so that the boiler is ready, we didn’t check the boiler because why would we? Staff were great about it though and provided us with an extra heater.
Its a little walk to city centre, nothing too far just be prepared for 15 mins of hills and bumps, especially in the colder weather.
