Superb!
Pros:

Very spacious and good value for money. The staff are all friendly and really helpful. Told them it was my birthday and they gave me a bottle of wine. Really thoughtful and welcomed me and my family in Edinburgh with warmth and friendliness!

It was ok. It was fine for the one night but i would have complained if it was more than one night.
Pros:

The location was good and the kitchen was usefull

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and not in the setup which we reserved.

Extremely nice staff and comfy apartment, great value for money
Pros:

The bed was surprisingly comfortable; in my case, that means a firmer bed with firm pillows. The staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. When we arrived, about an hour before the official check-in time, we could occupy the apartment immediately.

Cons:

The apartment was not in the best condition, especially the bathroom, where there was some water damage.

Pros:

Great stay. The location is excellent, very convenient and walkable. The apartment was clean and the facilities were great, including a washing machine which was very useful. It’s also close to the tram with direct connection to the airport, which made traveling very easy.
