Lovely staff in great location for us. We thought it would be noisier than it was.

The food for breakfast that should have been hot, unfortunately wasn’t.
There was plenty of alternatives so we weren’t that concerned. The TV control was very confusing believe it or not. Could do with a pack inside the room containing a sheet how to use it and what is happening locally. We would definitely stay there again. Just little things.

Excellent location, size of rooms was very good and they cleaned the room.every day. Breakfast was very nice and it had a good variety, although they served it in the basement.

Cons:

Our rooms had no view (the only windows were looking to a shaft) which was not clear when I booked. Other than that, our stay was very nice. I would go again, but I would be careful to book rooms that specifically mention a view to the park this time. In the reception they told me that only "superior" double room and the junior suite have a view, hope this helps.

Hyggelig personale, nydelig beliggenhet ved parken og veldig rent og pent!
Pros:

Beliggenhet like ved inngangen til Retiro-parken, kort gangavstand til Prado og Reina Sofia og et godt utgangspunkt for mange hyggelige områder. Bonus at det var en sykkelparkering for BiciMad rett rundt hjørnet- anbefales for å komme seg lett rundt og oppleve Madrid da det er fint tilrettelagt for syklister.

El hotel necesita una reforma de interiorismo. Es un edificio espectacular y no le han sacado partido.

I was welcomed and greeted by the staff every time they saw me. It wasn’t necessarily an expectation but it was a pleasant experience. Spacious room, and beautiful view from my balcony. The hotel is very pet friendly and I always felt welcome with my dogs. This hotel is in great location right across the street from a beautiful park!!!! GREAT STAFF! The restaurant was very good too!!!
