Pros:

Exterior facade, good breakfast.

Cons:

Appalling decor and tasteless, cheap furnishings. Not many eating choices in the immediate area.

We staid for 6 nights and general comfort was good.

Cons:

We had to ask for a change of room because there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and a terrible odor of urine in the bathroom. The staff was very quick and willing to facilitate another room. The hotel is ecofriendly which means mo boxes of tissues are standard in the rooms. Upon request we hot some individually wrapped tissues. Breakfast was very good, gluten free bread available on request but packaged goods.

Pasamos una noche con desayuno incluído, al otro día viajábamos temprano 7 am y cocina cerrada, no tienen ni un café para ofrecer ni opciones para cubrir lo ya cobrado. Atención lejana, poca cortesía, muy poco personal. La remodelación del hotel deja MUCHO que desear para un edificio clásico de Madrid. Los tapetes de los pasillos muy sucios y deteriorados.

Good location and quiet room

Great central location and quiet room with large comfortable bed

Cons:

Reception was very dirty on arrival . Floor looked like it needed a good sweep and mop . A terrible first impression . The fit out in room
And on doors etc as decoration is very dated and unappealing . Feels like a youth hostel rather than a hotel .

Pros:

Para ser un 4 estrellas en pleno centro Madrid algún mobiliario se podría cambiar , puertas, revisar suelos. Lo de tener el desayuna en la -1 no lo veo muy acorde con la categoría del hotel, el espacio pequeño , casi no te podías mover. Igual que entrar y ver la habitación de la consigna con la puerta abierta. El personal muy amable. Un saludo.

Je recommande cet hotel au calme et proche des transports

La chambre et le petit déjeuner sont un vrai plus. L'hotel est proche de la station de métro pour se déplacer facilement. L'hotel est un plus éloigné du centre mais du coup il est plus au calme.
