We enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent close to El Retiro which we visited daily and walking to the finest mu

Cons:

The bed was rock hard, you are better off sleeping on the floor. And for the price of the hotel they should be able to afford down pillows. They had these firm pillows stuffed into a tight pillow case, it was sleeping on sausages. Couldn’t get good rest, very disappointed.

Cons:

Llagamos el sábado a las 11 de la noche para alojarnos y la puerta de entrada estaba totalmente cerrada. Nadie abría y no había en la recepción del hotel. Estuve tocando el timbre casi 20 minutos y nadie salía.

Excelente estancia en Madrid
Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca del parque El Retiro, del metro y de la plaza Cibeles. El personal super amable y dispuesto, el desayuno variado y delicioso. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
