Great hotel. Amazing staff.
Pros:

Room small as expected in Japan but very comfortable. Great shower (over bath) and toilet with multiple features. Rooms very clean.
Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Close to Toyocho Subway. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. On multiple occasions they helped us with directions and organising cabs. They printed maps, gave us hand written instructions in Japanese to give to cab drivers and even came out to speak to the drivers in some instances. The best service I have ever experienced. The only issue we had is that they clean rooms between 10-3 so the Do Not Disturb sign ( not wanting cleaning) had to be put out before 10 in order to be able to access the room during those times.

全般は良かったです。部屋や特に風呂場は非常に綺麗にしています。朝食は500円で十部な内容でしたが、個人的にコーンフレークとゆで卵の為のお塩があれば、パーフェクト。

Pros:

好みに個人差があるかと思いますが、ベッドが硬くて寝づらかったことだけが残念でした。私にとってベッドの寝心地は重要なポイントです。スタッフの方々はとても親切で安心して滞在できました。
