Pros:

遅くても当日対応してくれてとても助かりました。そして、シングルルームがとてもコンパクトで使いやすかった。

Cons:

TVがすぐにつかなくて困りました。電源OFFにして立ち上げた。動かない場合は、どうしたらいいか？アドバイスを明記してほしかった。フロントに聴くのは嫌でした。

特別可もなく不可もなくよかった。お世話になりありがとうございました
Pros:

ライブ遠征だったので、安くで素泊まりできる宿はありがたい。駅からも歩ける距離でコンビニも近くにありよかった！
チェックアウト時間延長もリーズナブルで助かりました。

Cons:

製氷機があったのは嬉しいポイントですが、工事中でフロアが怖かった。
真夏の野外ライブで移動も多く、冷凍もの(氷嚢やペットボトルなど)を冷やすのに部屋には冷蔵庫しかなく熱中症対策グッズに困った。ホテルによっては受付で預かって冷凍してくれるが、ここは断られたのでペットボトルだとコンビニで買えるが他のものは考える余地ありです。
異常な気温で熱中症で倒れてる人が多い中、柔軟な対応と施設環境の見直し(今後も夏は気温下がるとは思えないので冷蔵庫導入するなど)があって欲しいなと思います。
