駅からも近く、繁華街までのアクセスもバツグンでした。

古い建物だとは思うが
Pros:

少し早く到着したが、3時きっかりにチェックインとなった

Cons:

風呂の換気扇が音だけで弱い
夜中ずっと回していたが湿気が全くなくならない
そうするとかび臭さが強くなって、仕方なく風呂場入り口のドアを開ける
必然的に朝は部屋中がかび臭で充満した

観光ならお勧め
Pros:

駅からすぐ、大丸の目の前、南京町もすぐ、周りにはお店も多くとても便利な立地でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

観光の場合は良いですが、GLIONでのコンサート目的で宿泊する方は歩くと20分強かかるので雨だとつらいです。バスだと三ノ宮駅まで出なくてはならない上に混むし、タクシーもあまりつかまりません。
