Pros:

O hotel fica próximo à estação, bem localizado com o centro comercial mas é tranquiloe silencioso. Amei o café da manhã, e me surpreendi com o pão de queijo, que é do meu país. Hotel com funcionários excelentes.

シャワー好きは注意⚠️

Cons:

シャワーが水圧激弱でしたね。ドライヤーも浴室にあって、ふつうに室内ルームで乾かしたかったかなぁ。

車椅子の利用もでき、助かりました！
Pros:

足が不自由で車椅子にての利用でしたので、初め車椅子が不安もありましたが、事前にお電話で確認させて頂き安心してお願いしました。
夜に八王子駅に到着したので、エレベーターの位置や通りの様子があまり見えなくて迷いましたが、地元の人に聞きながら行きました。到着してすぐ近くの子安神社の夜間参拝とジャズ奉納演奏に出かけるので、フロントでわかりやすい地図を頂き迷わず行け、又翌日の駅までの道もわかり助かりました。部屋は配慮していただき、とても快適に過ごせました。夜遅くまで美味しいコーヒーのサービスもあり嬉しかったです。車椅子の充電器の宅配便での発送も快く手配してくれ、安心して一人旅が楽に出来ました。エレベーター乗りや部屋のドア開閉が重くて困りましたが、依頼すれば手伝ってくれると言ってもらっていたので初めから依頼すれば良かったです。居合わせた宿泊のお客さんに手伝ってもらえたので助かりました。朝食でも車椅子で利用するのに、設置の椅子を避けてくださったり親切なお客さんに救われました。これからは予測して、早めにお願いするといいのだなと学びました。一階にコンビニがあることも便利でした。色々手助けも借りながら、お陰様で無事旅行できたことを感謝申し上げます。

Cons:

特にありませんが、スタッフの方は依頼すれば優しく対応してくださるので、利用者さんで身体にお辛いところがおありな時は、遠慮なくお気軽にお手伝いお願いすると良いと思います。

Pros:

交通方便，室内干净。附近有很多吃的和超市。有一个拉面超级好吃。 叫弘富拉面，一定要去！ 开车的话附近停车都是需要停车费的。不过附近很多停车场。也很方便
