ביקרנו במלון באמצע אוקטובר לחמש ימים והיה תענוג מושלם. קיבלנו את חדר 306 עם מרפסת הפונה לחצר הציורית של המלון (יש רק 2 חדרים כאלה 306 ו-307). אווירה שקטה ויוקרתית עם מוטיב עיצובי של מלון מראשית המאה ה-19, למרות שהמלון רק בן 25 שנה. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה ועבורנו כצמחונים, היה מבחר עשיר וטעים. צוות קבלה מנומס שנותן מענה לכול בקשה. המיקום השקט קרוב מאוד ובמרחק הליכה לכול היעדים התירותיים ואף תחנת הרכבת לצורך סיורי יום לקובנה או הטירה באי Trakai . תמורה טובה עבור הכסף.
We visited the hotel in mid-October for five days and it was a complete pleasure. We were given room 306 with a balcony facing the hotel's picturesque courtyard (there are only 2 such rooms, 306 and 307). A quiet and luxurious atmosphere with a design motif of a hotel from the early 19th century, even though the hotel is only 25 years old. Amazing breakfast
And for us vegetarians, there was a rich and delicious selection. Polite reception staff who responded to every request. The quiet location is very close and within walking distance to all tourist destinations and even the train station for day trips to Kaunas or the castle on Trakai Island. Good value for money

The hotel is nice with a pretty patio, wine bar and winter garden. It was a few blocks to restaurants and Old Town Sites.

From the very beginning, the reception team made us feel incredibly welcome. Margarita at check-in was especially kind and helpful, setting a wonderful tone for our stay.

We were touched by the thoughtful gesture of fresh fruits and a non-alcoholic beverage upon arrival – such a nice detail that showed they really care about guests’ preferences.

Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality food and truly good coffee – a great start to the day.

Overall, it was a lovely and memorable anniversary stay. We felt cared for throughout and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Lovely location, nice boutique hotel but the room was quite dated & in need of a bit of a revamp.

Nice hotel. Balcony has not been cleaned for some while otherwise the rest is clean enough. Lovely staff. Good rooms. No elevator which is not immediately clear from their description.

Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast good. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional. However, our room did not have air conditioning, so we had to open the windows at night, which let in noise from conversations and passing cars.

I enjoyed my stay here, but a couple things could be better as well.
1) The size of the room I had was huge and comfortable.
2) The staff were excellent and helpful.
3) The breakfast was very good.
4) The room was very clean.
5) Lovely courtyard to just chill out in.

What could be better:
1) I had a street facing room and there is no AC so some noise at night was bothersome.
2)The Carpeting is worn and needs to be replaced, but didn't bother me as much as some other reviewers.
3) Location, it is in old town but 5 or 6 blocks from the real heart of it. I was fine and enjoyed the stroll, really just something to keep in mind.

Overall I would recommend, with the caveat of getting a courtyard facing room.

Centrally located, great room, great staff, very helpful

No elevator, upstairs room with 50 lb suitcases, coffee pods wrong size for machine (no creamer) , someone else's 1/2 used drinks in fridge. Staff helpful, breakfast good. Good location and locked parking but 30EU a day.

The hotel is for the first look very nice, the garden also. The receptionist was sometimes hard to find, we had to wait or give up. We had to leave earlier the last day and the day before the receptionist told us, that the breakfast will be available from 7 am, next day it was closed and they informed us, that it is from 8 am. - we were upset. One day we asked for one more pillow (just one small for each), but noone gave it to us. Next day we asked again and finally we got it. Lights by beds were off, not possible to switch on. The bathroom was nice, but just one toilet paper for 2ppl/3 nights. So we have to ask for it. The air condition worked due to humidity - I think, when we wanted to regulate it, it was impossible. There was many small things, that irritated us a little bit.

Breakfast was nice, but you can not make tea or coffee for yourself - it make the waiter. It´s shame, because they will bring you a huge pot of tea and there was no possibility to drink it.

So, many small things that made us not very satisfied.

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay.
All the staff were Friendly, helpful and professional
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the WiFi was stable and reliable.
The bathroom had a heated floor and a fantastic shower.
Overall the property was elegant, clean and in a great location to explore Vilnius old town as well as being only a short walk to bus and train services.

The hotel staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful — can't say enough about the service. And the location is great, right around Old Town but away from the touristy bustle and foot traffic. This is a great choice if you're visiting Vilnius!

Perfect location in the centre of Vilnius Old Town! The staff is super nice, professional and polite. Breakfast is great, so are the rooms if you’re looking for a comfortable, romantic and luxurious place to stay! Will be coming back ! A must visit!
