unfreundliche Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück, Dusche war auf sehr heiss eingestellt und lies sich nicht regulieren. Verbrühungsgefahr. Reklamation beim Verlassen wurde schweigend zK genommen. Eine Entschuldigung erfolgte nicht.

Praktische Lage & super Service
Pros:

Die zentrale und verkehrsgünstige Lage hat mich hergeführt, der tolle Service lässt mich wiederkommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof: man steigt aus dem Zug/der S-Bahn/der U-Bahn und steht praktisch direkt in der Lobby, dennoch hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts von der zuweilen hektischen Betriebsamkeit vor der Tür.
Ich war früh morgens bereits in Hamburg angekommen, wollte eigentlich nur meinen Koffer schon mal abstellen und dann abends einchecken, konnte aber bereits um 9 Uhr mein (noch dazu upgegradetes) Zimmer beziehen. Die im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Karte für den ÖPNV ist ein tolles Bonbon obendrauf.

God beliggenhed når man ankommer med tog.
Pros:

God beliggenhed kun 100 m fra Hovedbanegården.
Personalet var meget behjælpelig - i en situation hvor metro og busser strejkede - med at anvise mulig vej til den attraktion, som vi havde billet til om aftenen.
Traditionelt godt tysk morgenbord og god variation i morgenmaden.

Cons:

Det var ikke muligt at tjekke ind før kl. 15.
Wifi på værelset var ret dårligt. Vi skulle næsten ud på gangen for at få signal eller bevæge os fra 5. sal ned til business området på 1. sal.
Vi havde en forventning om, at der - når der fremhæves TV på værelserne - var andet end 20 tyske eftersynkroniserede kanaler at vælge imellem. Ikke en eneste international kanal, så det var bare at slukke TV'et igen...
Det er meget forskelligt fra hotel til hotel, men her var morgenmad ikke inkluderet. Vi foretrækker naturligvis, at det er inkluderet i prisen også når værelsespris er ca. 100 kr. højere end flere nabohoteller. Vi valgte så at tilkøbe morgenmad for 140 kr./person.
