Das Hotel besticht durch den Service und die Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Ticket für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war im Preis enthalten und die Koffer konnten vor dem einchecken und auch danach in einem Raum aufbewahrt werden. Top.

Cons:

Es war leider durch die Lage bis in die Nacht laut.

Eine gute Adresse in Hamburg!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein aber fein und blitzsauber. Nachts (bei geschlossenem Fenster) trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig.
Ich habe geschlafen wie ein Murmeltier!
Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden.
Würde ich das nächste Mal wieder buchen!

Liegt eben am Hauptbahnhof, ist für einen Business-Trip ok
Pros:

Praktisch gelegen gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Als Frau möchte ich dort abends nicht hin, mein Mann fand es ok.
Das Hotel versprüht den Charme vergangener Tage - wer etwas super modernes erwartet, ist dort falsch. Preis-Leistung stimmt!

Gutes einfaches Mittelklasse Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein recht kleines Zimmer was aber OK war. Um die Stadt zu erkunden liegt das Hotel sehr gut. Für ein paar Tage OK.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, daher war von der Straße viel zu hören. Genervt hat nur das ständige gehupe, ansonsten wars OK.
