Great hotel just off the old town
Pros:

This is our second visit to this hotel and there is a lot to like, a very large one bedroom apartment over looking the pool area which was cleaned daily and a very large pool with plenty of loungers. It is only ten minutes walk from the old town and twenty from the strip. The downside was the noise at the pool from large groups and on our first day there was a large party of girls on a hen party playing really load music all afternoon and the hotel seemingly uninterested.
Albufeira has now become a mecca for stag and hen parties according to the locals and you are constantly harassed by restaurant touts as you walk through the old town at night and is extremely noisy but go just a little further and there are some great resaurants, our favourites were the Casa Nova and Opendo which has great views

Great place
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Very clean and staff friendly. The coffee shop was fab and the bar not over priced.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and beds not the comfiest.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, could,nt find a fault , wonderful staff, rooms cleaned every day, staff so friendly and helpful especially Shams in the bar, very helpful with recomendations for restaurants, 2nd time to stay here, we always have a drink here even if we are not staying in hotel, always get a great welcome from Shams.

Fantastic hotel.
Pros:

So clean, well positioned. Balconies large and so are the rooms. Bed comfy too.
Snack bar very reasonable and good. Drinks good too.
