Excellent service, facilities and location!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel! One of the best I stayed at to be honest. Rooms clean and comfortable and the entire hotel has such lovely old romantic style interior and decorations. There are great services like some complementary drinks at the room, vouchers for free drinks, access to kids club at the hotel next door as well, good breakfast buffet and spa, overall both good for kids and adults. A lot of life in the summer but still calm and not noisy. All staff very kind and service minded and the location is great you can just walk to the beach straight from the hotel

Cons:

One thing that could approve is to include darker curtains because it gets very bright in the morning early in the summer and especially with kids it’s hard when they wake up so early

Pros:

Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage direkt am Strand, Gefallen hat uns auch die grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und dass man bis um 12.00 Uhr im Restaurant frühstücken konnte.

Cons:

Die Rezeption brauchte sehr lange um Gäste einzuchecken wir warteten an unserem Anreisetag 25-30 Minuten obschon nur 3 Gäste an der Rezeption anstanden. In unserem Zimmer miefte der Teppich und das Kopfkissen. Uns hat auch nicht gefallen, dass vom Hotel angegeben wird, dass für den Aufenthalt Parkplatze in der Nähe des Hotels vorhanden sind. Wir mussten unser Fahrzeug in einer Seitenstrasse ca. 450 m vom Hotel entfernt auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatzen abstellen, da beim Hotel nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden waren.

Künstliche, verstaubte Blumen. Tische in der Bar abgeranzzt, Hotelzimmer sehr klein , Möbel von der Stange. Im SPA gab es keine Handtücher wir sollten uns mit Bademäntel abtrocknen. Auf dem Zimmer bei Ankunft kein Duschtuch. Kaffeeautomat inm 5. STOCK ohne Selbstbedienung,. Kaffee in den Kannen alle. Wurde nur auf Nachfrage geholt. Nicht selbst angefordert. Mangel wurde nicht gesehen.

Pros:

Trevligt hotell och en fin goodie-bag väntade rummet! Rent och fräscht och stor variation på frukosten. Ligger bra längs strandpromenaden och nära stranden. Spaet var trevligt.

Cons:

Flera i personalen pratar inte engelska. Inget glutenfritt framdukat till frukosten.
Lekande barn med bollar i Spaets pool.

Wundervolles Hotel mit altmodischem Charme direkt an der Strandpromenade. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Ein wundervolles Hotel mit altmodischem Charme, sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem und entspanntem Personal (zB konnten wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag sicher dort unterbringen, und obwohl wir mehrmals am Tag Dinge aus unseren Koffern holen mussten, sind die Angestellten dort absolut freundlich geblieben und haben uns geholfen).
Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort (eingecheckt um 23:30, Auscheck um 12:00) und konnten deshalb die Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad, Wellness etc nicht nutzen, aber wir haben mit anderen Gästen (jung und alt) gesprochen und alle waren begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Manche kamen schon seit 20 Jahren jedes Jahr.
Extrem reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches mit Sicherheit absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Und dazu noch zu urlaubsfreundlichen Zeiten von 7:30 bis 12:00!
Die Zimmer sind charmant ausgestattet, mit Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch, Sesseln mit Tisch, kleinem Balkon bzw Terrasse, sehr bequemen Betten, Bad mit Wanne/Dusche, blitzsauber und mit allem was man benötigt. Bademantel, Pantoffeln, Gastgeschenk (Getränke und Hautcreme)...
Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit nur ein paar Metern Weg zu einem feinen weißen, langen Sandstrand, der zum sonnen und laufen am Meer entlang einlädt.
Wir reisten zu 4 Freundinnen, waren zuvor 2 Tage in Sassnitz und hatten spontan die 1 Nacht hier gebucht (weil wir noch 1 Tag verlängern wollten), das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung.
Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen, denn besser gehts nicht.

Cons:

Absolut Nichts!
außer dass mir leider mein ganzes restliches Bargeld gestohlen wurde, aber das war meine eigene Schuld da ich beim einchecken in der Nacht mein Portemonnaie kurze Zeit auf meinem Koffer habe liegen lassen. Zumindest wurde es an der Rezeption abgegeben, mit allen Papieren.
Dies hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, ich hätte besser aufpassen müssen.

Schöner Strandurlaub
Pros:

Super Lage gleich an der Strandpromemade. Wir hatten diesmal ein Balkonzimmer mit Meerblick. Einfach gleich beim reinkommen ins Zimmer eine super Aussicht auf die Ostsee.
Personal wie immer sehr freundlich.
Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal dort...gerne immer wieder!

Cons:

Die Dusche mit dem Vorhang hat uns nicht gefallen. Bei zu dollem (normalem) aufdrehen des Duschhahns lief das Wasser aus der Dusche und das ganze Bad stand unter Wasser...nicht schön und muss dringend durch Umbau geändert werden.
