Very friendly, professional staff. Extremly good kitchen with regional high quality ingredients. Top wine list. Clean room and wellness !

The staff were very polite and friendly. We were impressed with our room size and layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and the spa facilities were clean and working well. We enjoyed the selection at our evening meal. All in all, it was a perfect weekend getaway!

Very good level of service and I can recommend the hotel.
One annoyance is that at dinner time, you will not find any water in the restaurant.
They do bring filtered tap water, or mineral water if you ask but they charge for tap water like a wounded bull. I mean really, tap water ?!

We wish two internal pools did not smell of urine, but this is almost impossible to fix as there were a large number of small kids and old people at the hotel during our stay.
Other than that, this is still a great place to stay.

The hotel is excellent and family-friendly, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant is large, the buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was very tasty.

The wellness area is big, with children’s pools as well, and the outdoor pools are also great.
The staff is kind and friendly throughout.

The hotel is centrally located — the city center with its pedestrian streets is just a short walk away.

The only downside is that there are very few on-site parking spots. However, there is a large nearby parking lot where guests can park at a discounted rate if the hotel’s parking is full.

I do not recommend this hotel for visits.

The reception staff speak English, but in most other parts of the hotel, communication in English is difficult.

The restaurant provides no information about ingredients in the dishes, which is dangerous for people with food allergies. Guests with dietary restrictions are not properly informed or protected.

Some of the medical staff were rude during procedures, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Most of the staff do not greet guests or say “Good morning” or “Good day,” showing a lack of basic hospitality.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service and staff attitude. This hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star spa destination.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut.Leider waren einige Kellner wirklich nicht freundlich.Sonnenschirme waren definitiv zu wenig und die Aussendusche hatte keinen Wasserdruck.Ohne diese 3 kleinen Punkte würde das Hotel eine 9 bekommen von uns.

Outdated , food choices are limited

Jeden Abend gab es ein super Programm für die Kinder. Abwechslungsreich, von Kinderdisco bis Zaubershows und Figuren mit Luftballons wurden für jedes Kind gezaubert. Alles inklusive. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden tagtäglich gereinigt. Das Zimmer war schalldicht sodass man nachts wirklich keinen Mucks hörte. Auch unsere Kinder konnten abends noch herum toben ohne andere Menschen zu stören. Die Kinder haben ihren eigenem Fernseh. Der Spielraum für die Kinder ist ein absolutes Highlight. Für große und kleine Kids. Die Tür öffnet sich nur durch betätigen eines Knopfes, dass kein Kind einfach raus rennen kann. Das Essen war deutsche und ungarische Küche. Viel Auswahl und vor allem auch viele Salate, frisches Gemüse und Obst. Die Bar hat super Cocktails im Angebot, oft gibt es Livemusik und Auftritte. Alles Preiswert. Die Pools sind beheizt und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Parkplatz von Heviz. Alles ist direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Hotel

We are so happy that we chose Hotel Europa Fit Superior Heviz for our company retreat. The manager, Koroncz Eszter, is very professional and attentive. All the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. We used the conference room every day, and it was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the spa a lot. The food is very delicious, with a great variety. We definitely recommend this hotel for both business and private holidays!

Clean hotel, freshly renovated. Good food and quiet surroundings. Just be aware that staff doesn’t speak languages and sometimes it is hard to communicate.

너무너무 만족스러워써요

Medical treatments are superb, especially mud application and neck extension therapy. Sauna and pools are superb.
The breakfast and dinner buffet food is great. The staff makes you feel welcome there.

Grote kamer en badkamer. Goede airco. Ontbijt was prima, ruime keuze. Voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad. Twee minpunten: wifi op de 5e verdieping erg onstabiel, als het al werkte. Daarnaast zit de douchekop op een hele onlogische (veel te lage) hoogte gemonteerd. Je moet de douchekop van de houder af halen om je hoofd er onder te kunnen doen of je haren te wassen. Heel raar en onhandig.

Bevorzugen demnächst wieder ein Standard-Zimmer anstatt Deluxe, da ruhiger und gemütlicher sowie kürzere Wege.

The hotel is modern, very clean, has big rooms and easy access to everything. The spa facilities are generous and very well kept.
The staff is very very helpful,very nice and speaks many languages fluently.
The restaurant and bar has top quality food and exceptional service.

The pool and sauna facilities were terrific - you can take a medicinal dip without going in the Heviz Lake. I didn't try the spa treatments, but they had lots of options at reasonable rates. Everything was clean and comfortable. The desk staff speak English well (and probably German and Russian in addition to Hungarian). The town is very walkable and picturesque. I came during the off-season and outside dining options were somewhat limited, but the hotel offers half- and full-board dining options covered in the room rate.
