Nunca tuvimos la reserva cuando llegamos

No tuve oportunidad de quedarme ya que me cancelaron la reserva.

Cons:

Llegamos. A la noche y evidentemente vendieron nuestra reserva con la excusa que no pudieron cobrar , la tarjeta que usamos es con la que pagamos todas nuestras estadías, y tenían mi teléfono para mandar WhatsApp , no lo hicieron , la noche anterior mandaron para hacer el check in con la firma digital , nunca dijeron nada . No recomiendo que reserven ya que no tienen consideración , llegar a otro país y quedar en el centro de Rio sin reserva por la noche . Para el olvido .
