Estadia muito agradável
Pros:

Funcionários excelentes, alegres, prestativos, simpáticos. Hotel bonito, piscina e praia boa. Muita flor e lugares agradáveis para ficar . Restaurantes bons. Tem um restaurante na praia que é ótimo.
Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Mas tenho uma sugestão : colocar varais portáteis nas varandas para que as pessoas não pendurem toalhas e roupas para secar nas grades das varandas. Fica muito feio.

Amamos tudo , desde localização, recepção chegada do hotel, funcionários, limpeza, comida, ambiente animado na piscinas, música ao vivo quinta, foi sensacional nossa experiência

Cons:

Somente porta do banheiro não estava fechando , e wi-fi muitas vezes não estava funcionando , mas não detalhes para que seja feito pequenas melhorias

Nao é resort. Sujo e mal cuidado, não voltaria.

As áreas comuns ate estão ok. Mas falta manutenção.

Camareiras pouco simpáticas e limpeza do quarto péssima.
Quarto todo mofado.
Móveis desgastados.
Colchão do século passado, horrível.
Paredes sujas e mofadas.
Lençóis sujos e manchados.
Toalhas manchadas.
Banheiro com o box encardido. Sujo.
Vaso com descarga ruim.
Falta urgente manutenção e cuidado no hotel no geral, mas principalmente nos quartos. Se feita a manutenção, tem potencial. Mas o hotel parece largado.

Nao foi boa , mito perto da Arena nao da para dormir a noite em o evento de Carnaval, impossuível !!

O equipe da recepção e funcionários e do serviço do cafe da amanha foram atenciosos, e ajudaram a resolver os problemas

Cons:

O ar condicionado, não funcionava corretamente difícil de regulagem, as maçanetas do banho, elas estavam sem ajustar e fique trancado em ele, falta de manutenção em gral , nao esta bem conservado
