I would stay here again. Really good location, just off the main square and short walk from river
Pros:

Staff were really helpful and friendly

Cons:

Coffee wasn't brilliant. The Capuccino was too weak. Tried doing an Epresso with milk from the fridge but the result was cold.

Locatie is top. Midden in een bruisende stad.
Pros:

Locatie, bedden en pas daarna het ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt zat ik onder een lekkende airco.
De dame zei ons dat ze direct ging bellen naar de installateur. Maar je zag sporen dat het een oud euvel was. Jammer.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort, manchmal trinkt man gerne mal ein Bier oder hat Fragen, ist hier leider nicht möglich

Good hotel, but needs a few key-based improvements
Pros:

Great location, well cleaned. Good amenities, wifi and private bathroom. The staff is friendly and the hotel was overall quiet.

Cons:

The virtual keys are buggy. When asked the staff told me they left keys for everyone behind an unmanned counter, meaning anyone could walk off with YOUR room key.

Goed gelegen - digitale efficiëntie - onpersoonlijk
Pros:

Vlak bij de kathedraal en het centrum.
Digitale ingang- en kamersleutels functioneren goed, tenminste als je smartphone en je Whatsapp goed werkt.
Efficiënt, niet wachten aan de balie voor in- en uitchecken.

Cons:

Verrassing: hotel niet toegankelijk zonder smartphone en Whatsapp.
Heb je geen phone of is de batterij leeg > geen toegang. Geen receptie - geen personeel - niemand.
Je bent verplicht om Whatsapp te gebruiken en het hotel aan je contacten toe te voegen.
Dat werd niet op voorhand gemeld, enkel de dag van aankomst via een Whatsapp bericht.
Kamer, bed en douche, alles OK maar zonder franje.

Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

We arrived late, no one on reception or onsite.

We could not enter as keys are electronic and I had no WiFi so did not get the WhatsApp messages to get in!

Single bedroom was small and bed super small.

It was noisy with people coming out of bars very late shouting and singy. Then road works starting early!
