La mejor atención de la cadena
Pros:

El desayuno de la sede de Minatitlán, es el mejor de la cadena, ya que nos hemos hospedado en otras ciudades, por ejemplo: los huevos siempre jugosos, nada tostados. El personal de cocina siempre muy pendiente en la barra del buffet, de verdad que muy atentos, asi mismo los encargados de recepción y personal de limpieza y seguridad, a diferencia de otra sucursales, enfatizo

Cons:

Muy descuidado el frente del hotel (estacionamiento y jardinería), falta iluminación, mantenimiento a las plantas de ornato y que no estén a la vista los contenedores llenos de basura, es la única observación que tenemos y que hicimos también el año pasado

el olor por las noches de la curtidería de pieles cercana es muy desgaradable, aunque sabemos que ésto es ajeno a la cadena y responsabilidad de las autoridades municipales y de salud
