Tesisin konumu temizliği gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyonda görevli Salah adlı beyefendi son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü ,bütün sorularımıza en güzel şekilde cevap verdiği için kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Cons:

Odamız soğuktu ve sıcak su akmıyordu.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das kann ich gerne empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Alles hat gut funktioniert.
In der Nacht war sehr ruhig.
Wir konnten Tee oder Kaffee trinken, dafür gab es im Lobby alles nötige.
Wir hatten auch ein leckeres Frühstück, wo jeder für sich was zu essen finden konnte.
Die sauberen Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche waren auch sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Ich würde gerne ein paar Flaschen stilles Wasser haben. Im Zimmer waren keine.
Wenn Sie Kaffe Espresso oder Cappuccino möchten, sollten Sie dazu zuzahlen.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war frisch, nett angerichtet und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist optimal, die Umgebung nicht so hübsch, aber die Wege kurz.

Очень довольна номером, всё в отличном состоянии, очень чисто. Расположение супер! А персонал вообще - Молодцы! (вышел под дождем до перекрестка,показать где супермаркет 🫣2 минуты- от отеля)И цена хорошая!!!
