Buona posizione se ti sposti ma il mare vicino non è il massimo.
Pros:

In reception molto disponibili,Con mio marito abbiamo fatto solo pernottamento e colazione,che a mio parere abbastanza scarna di proposte,frutta inesistente,con poca varietà di pane ,e poca scelta di salato..personale della colazione per niente sorridente e non molto affabile,bisognava sempre chiedere quando mancava qualcosa. Al contrario una lode per le ragazze della reception molto cordiali,disponibili e professionali,ci hanno accolto bene fin dal check in.

Pros:

Hotel centrale, vicino al centro e al mare. Bella camera superior zona piscina, confortevole, ottima la pulizia e la disponibilità dello staff ad organizzare escursioni così come per altri consigli utili a visitare l' isola.

Cons:

Ho usufruito solo della colazione e per me è la nota dolente ..troppo standard e con prodotti di non grande qualità. Sicuramente dovrebbe essere migliorata per essere adeguata ad una struttura 4 stelle.

Pros:

Buona posizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Lacco Ameno e vicinissimo alla fermata bus.

Cons:

Innanzitutto, abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati una stanza con due lettini vicini per formare un letto (cosa che potrei aspettarmi al più da una pensione); in secondo luogo una mattina ci siamo svegliati con l'acqua quasi in camera perché la signora delle pulizie stava lavando gli spazi comuni e il cortile con una pompa (noi siamo stati fortunati, ma in altre camere l'acqua è entrata); ancora un giorno ci hanno pulito camera e rifatto il letto, ma ci hanno lasciato le asciugamani sporche, mentre un altro giorno è accaduto l'esatto opposto (asciugamani pulite e camera sporca....qui però posso ammettere che siamo usciti verso le 10 dalla stanza, quindi presumibilmente al termine dell'orario delle pulizie); per non parlare della colazione pressoché scarna e deludente. A noi non serviva altro che una stanza per alloggiare, quindi nel complesso siamo stati bene, ma assolutamente non può considerarsi un hotel stellato e confortevole. Complessivamente deludente.

Lo staff è gentilissimo per tutto il resto è deludente Eppure le potenzialità ci sono la struttura è grande ma deve essere rimodernata ,troppo trascurata sporca .la colazione, non si possono servire dolci bruciati per non dire del resto poche cose servite male tutto trascurato.la posizione e ottima
