Hotel ubicato in Buona posizione vicinissimo al centro di Lacco Ameno e al mare. Centro termale carino e funzionale, il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente in tutte le esigenze. Camere pulite..piacevole l'area piscina.

Non mi è piaciuto solo un po' la colazione perché a mio parere è un po' scarsa e il caffè era buono ma non troppo, ma resta il fatto che sono Napoletano....

La posizione è ottima perche é in pieno centro a Lacco Ameno e davanti all'albergo c'è la fermata dell'autobus che ti porta con facilità in tutte le località dell'isola

Hotel de baja categoría con personal excepcional
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza.
Nos llevamos una decepción al llegar ya que las fotos que muestran no tienen nada que ver con la realidad
Había reservado una habitación estándar y pedimos una superior. Nos cambiaron a los dos días sin coste alguno.

Cons:

Me parece muy grave que te vendan un hotel de 4 estrellas con fotos engañosas, no merece ni 2 estrellas. Todo viejo, anticuado y sucio. Las toallas y sábanas muy limpias, eso sí. Y el personal amabilísimo y eficiente
Pero la propiedad del hotel debería actualizar las instalaciones y mostrar lo que realmente es.
