Pros:

I traveled alone to Costa Rica, without family or friends, and didn’t know anyone there. Even so, I felt truly welcomed by the hotel staff. They were always kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
The food is absolutely delicious. The housekeeping service is excellent as well; if you’d like, they can tidy your room every day. Everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is so warm and cozy that it made me feel right at home.
I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Pros:

We had a great day at the café Playa Negra Hotel. It is a small boutique hotel and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent. It was our second visit and we will definitely come again.

What a wonderful stay!
Pros:

My husband and I had the BEST time here. The room was perfect for two people and the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and there was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. We loved that there was breakfast included and a bar and restaurant on site. There was a well maintained pool in their beautiful outdoor space, a even a little boutique! The staff was so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Walking distance from the beach, but we drove there and it took about 2 minutes. Highly recommend staying here if you're going to Playa Negra!
