Troppo tempo in metrò per raggiungere il centro
Pros:

La camera piccola come lo standard parigino ma con un letto molto comodo, bagno con doccia comoda ma con rubinetteria pessima.Colazione nello standard ma sala piccola e sovraffollata per cui poco confort.Parcheggio piccolo e scomodo.La stazione metrò in pratica sotto l'hotel è la vera nota positiva di questo Hotel.

Cons:

La zona non trasmette tranquillità per una ragazza sola ma noi non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema per cui non è da classificare come una nota negativa.Il parcheggio se si ha un SUV o una macchina grande è veramente complicato.

We have family in Paris and for us the location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were really accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

A refrigerator in the room would be a great addition.

I have been asked to pay for City tax two times
Pros:

Everything except extra charges.
Most of the staff friendly. Good location. No fridge in rooms and only French speaking TV chanels.

Cons:

I stayed two nights in source hotel Paris.
Hotel staff asked me to pay for city tax which I paid immediately. However, when I checked my payment which I did to booking.com for two nights I noticed that City tax is included. It means I have paid City tax two times.

Metro di fronte
Pros:

L'hotel ha la fermata della metro M13 a pochi passi (purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno era chiusa per lavori).
Lungo la via ci sono supermercati aperti fino a tardi e delle boulangerie.

Cons:

Di notte c'è molto rumore.
Il bagno non aveva ne tenda ne cabina doccia perché per disabili.
Cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero un giorno però un telo bagno era sporco e non sempre venivano aggiunti saponi e cuffia.

Parfait pour aller à un concert
Pros:

Le métro à côté très pratique pour accéder au Stade de France. Beaucoup de restaurants en bas fast food ouvert jusqu'à 2h du matin. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Peut-être le petit lit d'appoint nous aurions préféré un lit simple normal.
