Esperienza eccezionale, camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile, disponibile. La camera forniva più di quanto descritto. Hanno anche lasciato un pensiero per il compleanno di uno di noi. Eccezionali. Per non parlare della posizione, ad un passo da tutto. Superlativi!

Très bon hôtel que je recommande si vous souhaitez rester au centre ville de Madrid pour visiter la capitale

Les cloisons pas assez épaisse qui laissait passer de nombreux bruits des chambres à cotées.

Hôtel très bien placé mais malheureusement mal insonorisé
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, proche de Gran Vía et du Palacio Réal.
Personnel très professionnel.

Cons:

Insonorisation catastrophique : on entendait les voisins se doucher et parler. L’isolation est vraiment à revoir !

Good hotel with great location and great staff
Pros:

Great location and very convenient to get to with public transportation.
We liked the decoration and theme of the hotel and found the staff very helpful. No bother to extend the check out by 1 hour and leave luggage at reception before check in and after check out which we found a very good offer and added value.

Cons:

According to the staff they only have 1 double bed room for 3 or 4 pax. All other rooms for 3 or 4 pax are with twin beds which is not very comfortable when you want to sleep together with your partner. The mini bar is full with drinks and snacks which are very nice except the prices which we found very expensive. Especially the water which nowadays is complementary in most hotels worldwide.

War auf der 2.Etage aber die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man kriegt alles mit.
