Pros:

That's the best place I have stayed in Grand via so far. Great value for the money. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room is super comfortable, have all necessary amenities. The location is 10/10. Highly recommended place!

La cama comodisima!
Muy amables en recepción.
Ideal si vas a Madrid poco tiempo a hacer shopping.

Cons:

Puede que haya tenido mala suerte pero hubo mucho ruido de huéspedes que entraron a la madrugada a sus cuartos.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal súper amable, siempre dispuestos a solucionar todo. La habitación que muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno es muy variado, pero nosotros no lo teníamos incluido, si bien era libre y muy variado, solo fuimos una vez porque nos pareció un poco caro.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco ruidosa.

La habitación super acogedora y la cama muy pero que muy cómoda. Además, tenía unas vistas increíbles y la ubicación inmejorable. Estoy muy contenta.

La amabilidad del personal, la oportunidad de hacer el check in antes de la hora.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo: ubicación, limpieza, decoración de habitaciones. Muy cómoda la estancia. Vale la pena este Hotel!
