I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Do not pay for Superior Views. There were no superior views (see image attached). Views are from the building next to it, and some minor street.
The walls are very thin and we could perfectly hear the neighbors having "fun" as if they were in our room, or the construction work happening on the hotel floor in the morning.
They also gave us Twin beds despite marking a Double room because "it's not guaranteed", it's just a request.
Lift is slow and old.
While location is good, there are a lot of hotels in Gran Via around here. This one is also on top of a Cabaret.

The hotel is very close to Gran Via street, a lot of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We had to change two rooms and the third was still with some issues. Wherever I travel, and I travel lot, especially in Asia, if I have a problem with my room I receive an upgrade. Here, they changed my first room with a room in the old part of the hotel. We changed it again with a room în the 4th floor where we had an issue with the wather. Either it ead too hot, either too cold. It was so difficult to take a shower. Too bad, as sll these inconveniences coyld have beed solved before the arrival of any customer.

Esta en el camino de volverse una opción para visitas recurrentes.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y tiene oficio, se les ve contentos. Las prestaciones de la habitación son buenas; closets, caja fuertes escritorio, ventanas insonorizadas, baño amplio. No se porque en Europa las áreas de la ducha no tienen puertas para evitar que el agua salpique todo el baño?? ojalá aprendan de USA y México.

Cons:

Estaba en remodelación intensiva los otros pisos y la atmosfera de cafetería / bar y restaurant no invitan a probar a pesar de que el personal se esmera, le falta promoción.

El buffet del desayuno era muy amplio y muy rico.
El hotel está bien ubicado muy cerca de Gran Vía y Plaza de España.

Muy buena situación y las habitaciones cómodas
Pros:

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación. La habitación tenía un tamaño perfecto para dos personas y el baño también

Había un olor fuerte a tubería y nos tocaron obras en el hotel que hacía que hubiera mucho ruido

Ottima vacanza fatta in famiglia alla scoperta di una splendida capitale.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questo splendido Hotel insieme a mia moglie ed ai miei 2 figli.
La posizione è eccellente, circa 50 mt dalla Gran Vìa di Madrid, in pieno centro. Non ho mai dovuto prendere il Taxi per muovermi e raggiungere i posti più belli della città.
Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e molto gentile dal nostro arrivo fino al giorno della partenza.
la colazione è ottima, c'è veramente di tutto, sia sul dolce che sul salato.
Il bagno è delle giuste dimensioni con una bella doccia molto grande.
La camera era pulita e della giusta dimensione per 4 persone.
Tornerei sicuramente in questo Hotel se dovessi ritornare a Madrid, lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

Non ci sono cose che non mi sono piaciute.
Per quello che mi riguarda è stato tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Osoblje je srdačno i dobro govore engleski. Lokacija-svejeblizu ali je jako bučno. Navečer kamioni za čišćenje lupaju, staklo zvecka. Ako smeta buka izbjeći ovaj hotel.
Doručak je raznovrstan.

Cons:

Zvučna izolacija između soba ne postoji. Čuje se normalan govor iz svih soba okolo, lupanje vrata, škripa kreveta, puštanje vode... apsolutno svi zvukovi se čuju. Sobe su skučene i uske. Prozori gledaju u zidove. U tušu je jako sklisko.
Imali smo dupli krevet a jedan veliki prekrivač što je vrlo nepraktično plus posteljina je kratka pa se izvlači i otkriva madrac i jorgan.
