The room was very poorly soundproofed, that says it all.

Cons:

The room was very poorly soundproofed. I could talk to the neighbor through the walls. I was woken up every day at 6:00 AM and could hear their entire conversation. It's shameful for 270 euros a night. No rest whatsoever in that room.

Hotel familiar por la cercanía del personal y amabilidad. Nunca había un no para nada.
Pros:

El personal excelente. Súper amables. Tanto de recepción como de cafetería amables, atentos, cercanos, en fin, un 10.

La ubicación del hotel y la atención en la recepción, personal muy amable que resolvió todas las consultas y problemas.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza de la habitación. Estuvimos tres noches, cuando volvimos a las 14 horas la habitación no estaba hecha, en la segunda oportunidad tuvimos que pedir en recepción que vinieran a hacerla, para poder descansar. Muy mal servicio.

Pros:

Todo en general. El desayuno impresionante. La habitación era amplia y con todo lo necesario. Todo muy limpio. La atención del personal excelente. Volveré sin lugar a dudas.
Tengo que hacer mención especial al grupo de recepcionistas que me atendieron cuando llegué y que fueron muy amables conmigo.

Cons:

Si tengo que decir alguna sugerencia, es poner zapatillas en la habitación, es lo único que vi que no tenía para ser un hotel de esa categoría.
La terraza del hotel está cerrada por obras, pero eso no impidió que disfrutara del hotel.
