Ottima struttura e servizi, ma pulizia da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura situata in una location bellissima e molto rilassante. La spa e l’area benessere sono davvero curate e piacevoli, uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel. Anche il ristorante è molto buono, con piatti di qualità. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, disponibile e professionale. Colazione con ampia scelta e di buona qualità.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera purtroppo non era all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Abbiamo trovato diversi insetti morti nella stanza e, nella doccia, erano presenti quelli che sembravano escrementi (probabilmente di topo o pipistrello), cosa decisamente sgradevole. Inoltre, l’acqua del bidet non veniva utilizzata da tempo: quando aperta, è uscita inizialmente con difficoltà e di colore marrone.

Pros:

Posizione incantevole e struttura esterna veramente bella, così come il ristorante panoramico. Ottima la colazione.Staff gentilissimo, professionale e sorridente.

Cons:

Sauna troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti, appendi accappatoi praticamente assenti.

Struttura accogliente e molto caratteristica immersa nelle colline piacentine. Ottima scelta per qualche giorno di relax
Pros:

Stanze accoglienti con stufa a pellet, centro benessere ben organizzato. D’estate si può usufruire di una grande piscina esterna. La piscina interna è un po piccola. Sala ristorante panoramica.

Pros:

Beautiful spot at the start of the Trebbia valley overlooking the plains below. Great parking, huge room with wonderful working stove. Good food in the restaurant and a lovely little spa and pool very welcome in February. Lovely terrace and outdoor pool for summer. Staff were delightful and could not have been more helpful

Fantastico e rilassante
Pros:

Dalla location vista mozzafiato, colazione molto varia e ben organizzata; camera confortevole, ampia e bagno fantastico con vasca e doccia.

Il plus è dato dalla stupenda SPA.
