Pros:

Modernes Appartement mit großem Balkon. Ruhige Wohngegend. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Manager. Sehr schöner Innenhof der bei Sonnenwetter auch Schattenplätze bietet. Bushaltestellen schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei drei Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Im modernen Badezimmer hätte es im Detail etwas sauberer sein können (Duschtürenrahmen) Aus den Bidet muffte es weil es vermutlich zu wenig genutzt wird. Die Küche ist zwar ausgestattet aber für unser Empfinden zu spartanisch. Es fehlte auch an einer Abwaschbürste und einem Geschirrhandtuch. Für einen Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon fehlt es an bequemen (Liege) Stühlen.

A fantastic stay
Pros:

Very helpful and accommodating staff, the rooms are very comfy and clean with basic kitchen equipment such as pots and pans along with cutlery and plates, glasses, etc.

A small supermarket a couple of minutes walk away with a large one about 10-15. Wonderful cafe just around the corner.

Easy to get to the centre and tourism areas but far enough out that night is quiet and peaceful.

I would recommend staying here to anyone going to Rome.

Viva Roma!
Pros:

Spacieuse et très confortable "chambre executive avec terrasse" disposant d'un véritable espace cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour séjourner 4 nuits. À la réception, Andrea fut un hôte très accueillant, souriant et parlant français couramment, il nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants mais aussi où aller pour retrouver les transports en commun autour de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il y a très peu de choses que nous n'avons pas appréciées mais s'il devait y avoir un bémol, il serait à propos du manque de transport en commun aux alentours de l'hôtel. Même si les bus sont nombreux à Rome, il a fallu marcher environ 15-20 minutes pour retrouver des bus nous menant dans le centre ou à un arrêt de métro. Nous avons utilisé beaucoup de taxis et vtc pour gagner du temps.

Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

El alojamiento nos resultó muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para nuestra corta estancia. A muy pocos minutos teníamos un par de supermercados, una farmacia y una panadería. A pesar de que el alojamiento está en la periferia, no se tarda más de 30 o 40 minutos en llegar al centro: nosotros combinábamos el bus 96, a 2' andando, con la estación de metro Ostiense / Pirámide de la línea azul B1 que nos llevaba directamente al centro. Además había la opción del tranvía 8 que se encontraba a unos 15' andando.

Cons:

Sólo sugeriría a la dirección que tuviesen a bien dejar en el futuro para los siguientes viajeros de corta estancia algunos básicos en la cocina: unos sobres de azúcar, aceite, sal y vinagre; y una pequeña sartén. Y en el baño quizás unas muestras de champú para nosotras las mujeres y el adaptador difusor para el secador de pelo (las rizadas lo agradeceríamos)
